I'm not falling into the trap of allowing the manager to become a scapegoat, I haven't called for his head. I'm just saying when AVB was eeking out narrow wins with not great performances he had a ton of heat on him.He got 5th and a cup final last year, he's only just been allowed to purchase any attacking players whatsoever by his chairman, one of whom has hit the ground running. We've played alright so far and after this win we're ok for points relative to most of our rivals. For someone who is so critical of Levy it seems strange to fall into his trap of allowing the manager to become a scapegoat. Especially a mere 6 games in having (undeservedly) lost once.
Anyway this is the Amnesty thread, so discussion over.
