OkayIt would amuse me greatly.
In that case what is the easiest swap for United at this point? The full quotes are pretty definitive though, he doesnt sound like someone wanting to leave. Obviously he’s fucking untrustworthy though:
“This is just the beginning, I’ve been only in three training sessions. We have a new season with a new philosophy, everything is new for everyone. But this team has everything to improve in all aspects.
The people know we have a lot of competitions to play. If we work hard we can achieve a lot of thing.
I always told him I’m really happy playing for Chelsea. I never talk about me leaving the club.
This is a new era with a new boss and our first conversations have gone really well, and I hope to have a lot of victories for us.
Without a doubt we like this type of football. All the player we think the same.
We need to keep working and we will improve. The beginning is always hard to adapt to a new way of playing.
But we are going to be ready once the season starts.”
Maybe you should try Google
ENIC had and disposed of a number of stakes in other clubs and a few companies. When they took ENIC private in 2003 it was worth < £100m (since they paid £40m for the 48% they didn't own).
My Byrite btw was split between Levy and his two brothers and was in big trouble and was rebranded Blue Inc and sold off in the 90s
So I'm pretty sure that Enic's and Levy's main wealth is the stake in THFC and is worth several hundred million
Joe Lewis's stake in ENIC is via Tavistock group which is worth a lot more I imagine
WTF would we do without Google!
Depends on how muYou only become a billionaire by caring more about that 60k per week than you or I do
Its more simple than that. We are measure success differently. I measure a football teams success by trophies (sorry) i cant change my bench mark but i respect that yours is completely differentMaybe but many of us remember bing a regular finisher in the 10th to 16th spots year after year after year. To seeing us docked points and kicked out of the FA cup for financial irregularities. Being excited by strikers like Ronny rosenthal signing for the club. Where we are now to then is chalk and cheese room. What Lewis and levy have done for this club, that was no better than the likes of West Ham, to elevate us to a point where fans get so outraged at a lack of superstar signings is increadible and deserves the upmost respect from all fans, even those that didn’t witness the last 30+ years. I get there is an opportunity and it feels that we may be missing out but we honesty don’t know why things aren’t happening, people have assumed it’s all levy but he has earned our trust and respect so I will defend until we see our team dropping back. In short I couldn’t have dreamed we would be playing the likes of Real Madrid infront of 90000 people at home in my lifetime let alone consider ourselves regulars at the top table so forgive me for seeing the success in our teams achievements. Doesn’t mean I want it to stop

Ask Danny Rose...
Sorry lexington but success to me is not 2nd in a sport competition.Depends on how mu

I think to me its making sense (completely disagree with this btw) that were literally waiting on this Toby deal with the hope of concluding a deal for Martial but Utd are for sure stringing us along knowing our transfer merry go round all boils down to this deal.
Its evident that Martial is one of our main targets and i just really hope we get this swap deal or if its two separate deals all finalised so we can push on with other targets (which i believe are in the pipeline) with only a few days to go.
Would be absolutely ecstatic if we did manage to pull off this deal for Martial. The boy does not want to stay at Utd and i genuinely believe his holding out for us. Thats why i really feel this is the main deal were waiting on hence the reason why its last minute and everyone is going bat shit crazy.
Yep Levy has no eye lids.If came down to Woodward and Levy, Woodward will blink first every time.
I totally agree but that argument is a bit binary - like the 'not wanting to do a Leeds' debate. The progress that we've made over the last 20 years has been great but I don't want us to rest on our laurels forever and be grateful that we're not a mid table side anymore and neither do I expect a superstar signing. What I do want us to do is address areas of the team that were a weakness last season and give ourselves a shot at maintaining a title challenge and going for a trophy. It's getting more and more competitive at the top end of the table.
so that's been his strategy for the transfer window: blink and he might miss itYep Levy has no eye lids.
No it doesn't but I'm responding in general to where people are saying that it's no big deal if we don't sign anyone because we have a great squad. We have a great first team but it's not to say that we don't suffer when we are missing certain starters through injury or being rested as was plain to see at times, especially in the last third of the season.Posting you want us to address where we were weak last season in the Martial thread just doesn’t match up. Our weak area is DM due to Wanyama being injured, and CM due to Dembele and Winks being injured. We definitely wasn’t weak in attack, definitely not in a way Martial will improve us. If your saying he would be perfect cover for Kane, think back to our best result last season, Chelsea 1 Tottenham Hotspur 3, that was the score before Kane came off the bench
