We have Hugo Lloris in goal.

Don't forget that.

Don't forget that.

...so maybe just the 4 goals!

To be perfectly honest I don't think the gooners are anything special at all, and any half decent team would fancy their chances against them.

Some of our best performances under AVB were away from home, Some might have forgotten that, but I haven't. Under his management we were an outstanding away team that often played very positive football...probably because the players were thankful to get away from the misery bowl that is the Lane,

Play as well as we did away to Sunderland and we'll have a great chance. Just for the love of god don't play Vlad Carcrash at the back.

Greater Anglia service to Cheshunt or Enfield Town from Liv. Street - they both call at White Hart Lane.

A sense of dread. worse here in Asia having to wait till the very end of the day for kick off.

I'm trying to clutch at straws here. Arteta normally tactically fouls to halt any breakaways, until he gets his yellow that is. If the ref cards him early, this gives them a problem providing we can keep them out for the first half hour or so. If jan plays his passing with Capoue will help is run the clock down. If the Romanian piss artist plays instead I think I'll have an early night instead.

I know mason popped one in the other night, but it's about time erik or erik smacks one in from 30 yards, in off the post and then chesneys face for good measure.

Back on earth it'll be two nil to them at half time and then a flat second half with no further action. We might let another corner in, or have one of our own red carded, and chesney will post another selfie. Thank god many other things in life are less predictable.

I really hope Ade doesn't start, the way he has been playing lately he is more likely to get riled up and get sent off then score a goal. Hopefully Soldado will get another start.

I'm expecting a loss but I hope we score, if we get the first goal even better. Completely pissed me off that mug shezney kept 3 clean sheets against us last season. Want to see the smug wiped off his face for a bit while he picks the ball out his net.

I think Defoe's pace might actually give their CBs a problem. I'm looking for him to score first on Betfair but I can't find it.

Also, Beast has gotta play in a CM 2 to protect our front men. And as he proved last season, he's capable of a moment of magic. Plus, he'll be up for the scum.

Lastly Daws- despite his advancing age- is a warrior, and tbh easily the best CB we have (miles better than Kaboul and Carcrash). Him and Verts to start for me.

As long as those three play we've got a chance- and at least we'll have some fight.

I just want a "performance" from the lads today, I'm not demanding a result or any thing. Poch has been talking very well pre match so hopefully this is rubbing off on the players.

big game today. the game will show us which players want to be spurs players and are up for the fight.

i think we all are expecting a loss but we all are expecting our players to give 100% for 90 mins. its the minimum requirement

I'm feeling ridiculously optimistic today! We'll beat 'em 4-2. A Brace for Bobby and one each for Lamela and Verts. Yes, this is fools talk, but it beats the negative shit that normally goes on in here. COYS!

Unlike most others here I'm super excited about tonight's games. Poch and the lads will be well aware of how poor we've been recently, so I can't see them just bending over and taking it.

We'll get a reaction. 2-2 draw I reckon, we'll take the lead, fall behind, then equalise in the last 15.

If Vlad is in the starting line up today I might not even bother watching. Not to say we won't lose anyway but that guy is so frustrating to watch. I've got a horrible feeling we are going to get thrashed today.

Got no expectation really, just gonna look out for signs of progress and will evaluate after the game.

Still looking forward to it though.

Just got an email from THFC entitled, 'Get Autumn Ready With Spurs'.......they seem to of forgotten to include the Kevlar body armour from this seasons collection. After tonight's game we will likely need that.....
