based on little more than hearsay. my guess it that avb felt threatened when he knew he couldn't treat them like robots. avb is gone, bae and ade are still here, support them.

Bae will be sold or an outcast at best this season, I know it, you know it so I'm not even gonna waste my finger tip skin debating that with you.

As for adebayor he obviously has an issue that caused AVB to banish him..AND wenger..AND Mancini, AND stopped mourinho from taking up the option to buy him on a cheap while on loan at Madrid.

Sooner you deal with the truth the better you'll feel. Say your goodbyes to Benoit

Just one of many studies/reports that have proven this.

Well I disagree. I've done the rehab from an ACL and after I think three or four months I was advised by my physio to start using this machine as you need to start firing the muscles around the injured knee. Started on the push-leg thing and then was allowed to use the one you see Ekotto using.

My rehab - six years ago - went great and I was back within 8-and-a-half months.

does this mean we're selling ade then? since he was taken out of the team for the same "reason".
The thing is we did want to sell Ade under AVB, had he stayed adebayor would of gone. Change of manager meant that he was accepted back in to the squad and has stayed there since

Paulinho's also here. I hope you support him as well.

I have juicy quads and i use this machine, like seriously juicy
I know people that use it as it is [in theory] good for targeting the quads in a hypertrophy or burnout rep range, seeing as it is not as taxing as squatting or even leg presses, but the same reason it isn't as taxing for your CNS is the reason why it's so dangerous for your knees. I have juicy quads too, all squats though. ;)

I suppose for rehab it's a different story as you are gradually getting strength back and thus not really pushing yourself as hard as you could at your max, but for an athlete that isn't injured or weakened this machine can do a lot of harm.

Haha Yeh I only use it at the end of my work outs just as a burn out accessory movement.

It can but benny wasn't given a second chance by sherwood, he had the choice of recalling him but he choose not to, then he performed poorly in the championship

Now Benny is talking about training in france despite the world cup players being back for a week and the Knockout round players coming back

No idea what Raheem has got to do with it though.

Judging by the Hashtags he put on the picture he's being marginalised. Seems to be having a pop
Yep. And that's exactly why he's marginalised.

I loved Benny to bits, both as a LB and as a member of the Spurs brotherhood. He was enjoyable to watch on the pitch, and appeared to have a genuine empathy and connection with the fans. I defended him on numerous occasions when he was being slagged off as 'erratic' etc.

But he's burnt too many bridges for me. There have been too many instances that have effectively been a 'fuck you' to the club - and by extension, and the way he's gone about it, that's a 'fuck you' to me, and to you. I don't wish him under a bus. I don't even wish he goes to QPR. I hope he has a satisfying end to his career. But I want him gone, preferably abroad where we don't get him posting selfies in the unlikely instance that his new team ever gets one over on us.

It's a great shame for him in a way. He's having a pretty good career really, but IMO he had the talent to achieve so, so much more.

There are tons of incidents involving benny and adebayor. Ive mentioned loads in the past....any other job they would of been sacked and once both are gone the incidents will come spilling out im sure of it.

The thing that makes me laugh with benny is that if we ignored the bad attitude, the arrogance any traits whatsoever and focused purely on the football.......he is a league 1 standard left back.Positionally awful, mistake riddled, passing stats are one of the worst, offers little in the air. The only positive I can think of is that he has a good shot on him.

I think the fact benny comes across as a bit quirky clouds peoples judgement on him. Jermaine jenas was a proper professional for us yet he got a much harder time than benny.

I for one am glad benny will be booted out.

Well that is one of the most ridiculous things I've read on here.

Benny is more than capable of playing in the EPL, and he was an imperative member of our side from 2008 through 2012.
