Poor Bastards, Giant club run by clown straight to the championshop for the first time
Innit. Villa are like us a few yrs ago. So much frigging potential. Probably more - they have won more than just an occasional league title and blyddi European Cup to boot. Good sized city. Everything is there and instead they get served a turd sandwich. Bit like Everton really. Doesn't seem right all this chelsea and citeh at the top of the league bollox.

Aye, I guess. Still, at least citeh and chelsea were still vile gits back when they were utter tripe. Gotta admire that sort of consistency.

1.What do you think the score will be? 3-0 Spurs
2.Which Spurs player has been your best this season? Younes Kaboul's meteoric rise as our star CB has most impressed me.
3.What area of the field will the game be won? Central midfield. If Modric and Sandro/Parker do their jobs well, I can't see beyond a Spurs win.
4.Since Harry Redknapp's media tout for England job Spurs form has dipped why is this? Our form has dropped since we got mullered 5-2 at the Emirates. Along with poor decision making in January and a failure to give the squad a spark.
5.Do you believe Redknapp will depart in the summer for England? Nope!
6.Any truth in the training ground bust up between players and Redknapp? Don't think so.
7.Do you think Aston Villa will keep faith with Alex McLeish?if so why? I would hope not. The guy is useless, worse than Steve Kean IMO, sorry!
8.What players can we expect to see depart and arrive at WHL in the summer? I'd expect Modric to depart if he throws a little tantrum again. As to who will be joining, I have no idea. 3 months ago I'd have said Hazard but that looks as likely as Terry winning a Nobel Peace Prize.
9.Who would like to see replace Redknapp if he does depart? Honestly, the only manager out there available that I think could have taken us onto another level is Mourinho, but again that was a long shot. Harry's staying now anyway.
10. Is there a Villa player that fits Spurs style of play and would want to see at WHL I'd lovee Given, I think he's a great keeper and Friedel is crap IMO. Agbonlahor I'd take as a squad player. You have a few good central midfielders that are looking good prospects. Bannan in particular.
11. What allocation did you recieve for the VP tie and how much were you charged? I have no idea.
12. Will you be attending on Sunday? Thought about it as I went to WBA and we won, but I'm fucked for time so can't do this one.
13. Have you sold your away allocation? I'd have thought so.

1. It's impossible to predict a Spurs result / score - especially lately. Just hoping for the best and expecting the worst.

2. Probably Parker, possibly Kaboul. Honourable mention for Walker. Others have vaccillated between great and invisible (yes, you, Luka Modric).

3. The game will be won and lost in midfield and with our back four. If you press us hard enough, you'll win the ball in good areas and give yourselves a chance. If not, it'll be target practice ror us - and we'll probably miss.

4. Redknapp twatting about with the system / playing players out of position / not resting players. Lack of goals due to a collective amnesia about making runs into goalscoring positions.

5. No (written post-Hodgson news). But he might just go anyway.

7. You're doomed if you do. You won't go down this year, as it took him half a season to bring you down to his level. (Although, I'm sorry to say, your performance at our place rivalled Blackburn's for the most inept, gutless display by a visiting team this season). If McLeish stays, you'll definitely go down next year.

8. Nobody will leave unless Daniel Levy wants them to - and that includes Modric and Bale. Impossible to say who will arrive as it depends (among other things) on who the manager is and whether we get Champions League.

9. A younger man who will plan for the future and not just worry about this season and today's sound bite. I'm glad I won't be picking him.

I'm sure we all wish Petrov a speedy and complete recovery, and I'm sure the Yid Army will join in the applause.

I would just like to say that I sympathise with your plight. You had a decent squad which had a couple of top six finishes and the future looked promising. Then mismanagement (at all levels) kicked in, you lost a good manager, and it all went to shit.

You deserve better.

1.What do you think the score will be? 2-1 Spurs
2.Which Spurs player has been your best this season? Parker
3.What area of the field will the game be won? Our attack vs your defence. Basically I think McLeish will be ultra defensive as usual, you won't have much attack to talk of, the midfield will sit deep, so it will be a case of can we break you down
4.Since Harry Redknapp's media tout for England job Spurs form has dipped why is this? Poor tactics, tired players (mentally), a lack of focus and concentration.
5.Do you believe Redknapp will depart in the summer for England? Apparently not.
6.Any truth in the training ground bust up between players and Redknapp? Apparently not
7.Do you think Aston Villa will keep faith with Alex McLeish?if so why? Be brave if Lerner did. I think he will be fired as soon as the season ends
8.What players can we expect to see depart and arrive at WHL in the summer? Depends on CL football. Gio, Bentley, Jenas, Pienaar will probably expect to leave, maybe joined by Corluka, Bassong, Krancjar. As for incomings, I knew who I would like to see but another winger/striker and a defender perhaps
9.Who would like to see replace Redknapp if he does depart? David Moyes. I think he has a high enough reputation in the media to sate the players in the short term (at least to see what pre-season is like), he knows the league, buys pretty well, and trains the players hard
10. Is there a Villa player that fits Spurs style of play and would want to see at WHL? I like Albrighton, I think he is a good winger. Some of the youngsters like Banann and Clark have impressed me, and Given is a good keeper
11. What allocation did you recieve for the VP tie and how much were you charged? No idea
12. Will you be attending on Sunday? No
13. Have you sold your away allocation? I would assume so

7.Do you think Aston Villa will keep faith with Alex McLeish?if so why? Hope not, you are too bigger a club to settle for him imo.

If Villa had Levy as their chairman they could be doing alot better. They could've had this midfield:

Downing--Barry--Milner--Young
