What stands out to me is La Liga

Barca and Real are at the top around 100k a week

Then you have to drop all the way down to Valencia at 71st with 35k a week - a massive difference

La Liga is pretty much the Scottish League with the Old Firm on steroids

I think the high profile players over there also have sponsorship deals arranged through the team with their corporate partners which will boost their earnings.

Agree Tony - They do seem to have more off-pitch earnings (image rights etc) and obviously bonus's tied in which are not shown there. Tho some of the lesser MLS players earn around 30-40k/ year - can you imagine them looking the wage list up and down and beig happy?
Would love the see the PFA post something like this.....
