If any of you guys are watching it today you would have heard the quote that the presenters and Zola had to apologise for.

They were discussing his last game against Liverpool and Kammy commented on how Carragher needed to have an operation on both his knees, as Zola was turning him this way and that during the game. He really did run him ragged from the clips shown.

They were praising his movement and balance and Zola comes out with a corker:

"Well, not really as they were trying to kick the shit out of me".

Quality.

If only post-match comments could be this honest.

Shit should be in the dictionary by now, everyone uses the word! Damn political correctness.

Great quote, and very true!

Because he swore mate. You'd think that would be quite obvious...

Right, yeah, because everyone swears on Sunday morning television.

I agree about the swearing, but the 'PC Brigade' will always use the "kids might hear" as the bullshit response. Despite the fact a lot of them hear worse in everyday life and on the interweb.

Still, I stared in surprise at the screen for a second before laughing.

So you think television corporations should allow people on the telly to swear as they please as it won't be offending anybody due to the fact they'll obviously be hearing worse things being said by their parents, friends et al.?
