Sorry if posted before, but we went through a whole season without being in the top half according to skysports!

That is piss poor

We really need a good start to next season otherwise we will be well off the pace for fifth or better, as this season has proved (and lets hope we dont have any undermining of the management team just as we are starting the season, which never helps anyone )

No, I'm sure SkySports would never make a mistake.

Maybe the league was accidentally shortened to 15 teams for a period...?

Maybe we were ninth, im not sure

Not that i swear by what Skysports say, but if nothing elese their statistics are usually spot on

Anyways, if we were ninth at one point that is still piss poor....rant over

Hardly surprising though is it, seems forever ago that we lost away to Sunderland, but that set the tempo

i'd rather everyone be talking about Villa and everton coming into the next season but I bet we're still shortest odd's to finish 5th next season though.

In the last 2 season's we have had 2 shocking starts to the seasons. Once is excusable, but twice is not. That is one of the main reasons why Jol lost his job this/last season. After the money we shelled out last summer and the gained experience of the previous 2 seasons (1 god start and 1 awful start) it was imperative that we had a good start. We did'nt and the rest as we say is now history.

Ramos must, and I'm sure will, have the players ready for the start of the season and am confident that we will hit the ground running at the start of next season. We must start well if we want a European place next season as the bar has most certainly been raised now!!!

We are: 5/2, that pair are 7/2.

Here's another shocking statistic: no trophy for the last three seasons.

That would be embarrassing.

i can easily see us shelling out a lot more money again this summer, getting all hopes up, being drawn away to either a newly promoted team or a team who is a buggar to beat at home and suffer the same as we have done for the last 2 years.

Obviously i would rather west brom or stoke at white hart lane but i doubt we would be so lucky!!

Fingers crossed for when the fixtures are released i guess

Ar5ena1 always play at home on the first weekend, we always play away.

It's the law. Or seems to be.

66/1 to win the Prem next season, 5th 'Favorites'.........i think it would have been 100/1 had we not signed Modric....and we have Bale back for next season:clap:.

Fuck 5th, we're gonna win the league, Tomas Pekhart stepping in for Berbatov and banging in 97 goals. In the first game.

We need to get off to a flier next season. Not since the days of Jurgen Klinnsmans arrival can i remember us having a good start to the season. What we need is to win the first 3 games & stamp our intentions for the season in the top four. Maybe next season we will see the rise of Darren Bent, its obvious he was brought in to replace Berbatov, at least he's had a season to settle in & i cant remember hearing him moan once ?? Not like some of the other spoilt brats weve had over the last few years.
