That whole article is absolute anti-Levy spin.

Cleverly written but I believe very little of it and i've followed Burt & his articles closely throughout Andre's tenure & I was pro-AVB. Sneaky digs aplenty.

Obviously his A1 source isn't at the club any more, so what would he know about our plans? One for the bin.

It sounded like Spurs before the West Ham game. So instead of getting behind the team and management & showing some proper support having faith Spurs fans were berating AVB for the way were playing and his tactics. Even though AVB stated quite clearly at the start of the season it will take a while to make a team and also the fact that he would play attacking football, but it would take TIME..

Not that AVB is perfect, but he was the best we could have hoped for and the best coach we've had in probably 20 odd years. He basically got hounded by fans & media. One of the reason we lost 6-0 & 5-0 is that their was no faith in AVB.

I really do think Spurs fans need a hard look in the mirror. I'm coming to the understanding that maybe Harry was right when he called Spurs fans 'idiots'.

Personally I prefer to go to the away games these days, as that is where you see the true support.

Rant over.

So, one of the reasons we lost 6-0 and 5-0 was because of the home fans. Lol. Just fucking lol.

...so the whole thing is a non-story....business as usual.

It's just the usual, average sized crisis.

He may have been the best we could have hoped for, but there was about as much evidence of coaching as there was under Harry. If anything, rather less. Shunting. perhaps.

What the hell. It's looking more and more likely that we can just write this season off. Absolute mess we're in.

what total bollocks, if anything they were over coached within an inch of their lives can't be arsed to dig them out but numerous articles/interviews from players extolling his virtues as a technical coach

I would suggest it was the players on the pitch that had lost the faith.

All this started as soon as we sold Dempsey. He basically carried us last season and then we threw him out like yesterdays garbage.I say this is karma for what we did to Dempsey

Do you think Real Madrid have figured out they bought the wrong guy yet ?

for me, Baldini has over paid around 25m on Soldado, lamella and paulinho. (not sure if he was involved that much if any on paul.) Bothered if he left??? not really.

Nothing in it

Italians are men of honour (bar Burlesconi), believe in falling on their sword if they fail, and Baldini probably thought he failed as AVB went so offered to fall on his sword
