Hey guys, basically, got a mate who works with the NHS in Hackney, anyway on Monday a crutchless Gareth Bale pops in to have some pysiotherapy, my mate recognised him and asked how everything was going, Bale said that he will be back for pre-season training and ready to go for next season and that he has no current setbacks.

Thought i'd let you all know although its nothing you havent heard before, if anything else pops up i'll let you all know.

Will be great to have him back, next season looks very hopeful!

That is good news..,..without doubt.....however I assumed that, in everyones darkest dreams, Bale was certainly going to make a summer recovery and a definite 08/09 return. He has not really missed much, the Carling (and Uefa!) triumph. He will just have to play catch up with the other lad's (lol).
We need to make sure that we approach 08/09 on a high and ready to stake a claim for CL football (and beyond). There are many clubs looking for a similar 'ride' on the CL Money Wave......Boards out.....Surfs UP! COYS!

Good to hear he'll be ready for pre-season training and there's no setback. Seems that football injuries are taking much longer to heal over in England. I've seen basketball and baseball injuries that look real bad healing a lot faster in North America.

Well...I would rather go to the NHS then a private doctor. I mean most private doctors are private because the NHS regected them!!

Will have all my fingers and toes crossed he comes back fit and healthy ready for next season. The kid's got so much potential it's frightening.

Hackney (Homerton) Hospital must have been a bit of a culture shock for the lad, the waiting rooms are full of druggies, shotgun and stab victims. Sometimes the gangs come into the hospital to finish the IP's off.
