Open VLC --> file --> open network stream --> and paste the address in "http/https/ftp/mms", then OK

The winamp stream is working for me, it does go blocky though, similar to what happens in VLC player. For the poster trying to sync the audio, don't waste your time, the audio stream will end up way ahead of the video one.
