it's not a jock, but i hope we will sign Zarate, he looks very promising and good player,we need skillfull player.

positive, players likes Kavboul, Huddlestone, Chimbonda, Zokora and Bent can look at themselves.

negative, we failed to get the 3 pts in order to push West Ham.

That was the most awful piece of pissfuckery I've had the misfortune to witness in a long time. Bizarrely, the third time this season I've seen us concede four goals butthe first time we've lost.

Don't let the 'highlights' fool you - Berbatov hitting the post, O'Hara getting in four shots, Taylor having to tip three efforts over the bar - we were dreadful. Never mind fitness problems, this was the biggest collective hangover we've had in ages.

Seriously, the players should refund the fans their ticket and travel costs for that debacle.

I need alcohol.

I can't believe shitty Birmingham have done the double over us.

Truly shocking!

I've got a feeling Lee has pissed Ramos off or said something out of line, as there's no reason in the world to play Tainio ahead of him.

I watched most of the game online and can only agree our players were suffering in some way mainly because birmingham played against us the way we have played against the bigger teams lately, In defence they fought hard, they counter attacked us and knew which players weaknesses were, they chased us and harassed us all over the pitch, they played our own game against us and did it well.

Birmingham deserved the win and even though i have gone of Robinson for the past six months he made a few saves to keep the score down,
We weren't even at the races today.

I hope Ramos kicks some serious ass tonight too.

Oh dear...:bang:...what an aimless, woeful display from all except Robbo and O'Hara. If they just want to bugger off and play some golf now they have won a trophy then I wish they would just say it. Professionals? You're 'avin a laugh!

Spurs players' message (except the aforementioned two) to their fans: ":shake:".

No more clubbing! No more time off!

If O'Hara does not get the nod ahead of some of those bozos on thursday then I do not blame him for getting emotional and angry again.

Thank God I don't have any football supporting workmates, otherwise they'd take the total piss out of me on Monday. That result was humiliating. A narrow loss like 1-0 or 2-1 would have been alright, but we were stonked by shitty Birmingham. Regardless of the Cup, that performance was utterly, utterly unacceptable. There had better be a marked improvement on Thursday and Sunday.

I've never thought we were near a title challenge next year, whoever we buy in the summer.

Top 4 challenge next season, title challenge 09/10 if successful in 08/09, and the title in 10/11, at the 50th anniversary of the last one.

Cannot see a title challenge next year. And the above is purely my 'dream' hypothesis.

Agree with most of the sentiment here. Especially feel sorry for our away fans. I'd be livid if I were one of them.

Very embarrassing to let even our 2nd team get thrashed by Birmingham. Actually agreed with resting our key players, but that didn't mean THIS.

Yup, we might have had hundreds of 'attempts' on goal, but aside from the one that went in, only one ever looked in any way threatening... We were so shit we managed to make Liam Ridgewell look a commanding defender...

What futher compounds the misery...

Brum's last six read DDDLLD so no great shakes there. The last six at home are DDLDWD with only Boro failing to get something at St Andrew's.

Derby, Fulham, Reading, all managed to not get dicked on there... What a thoroughly depressing day...

A week?

We went from a title challenge to mass wrist slitting in 90 minutes.

Actually, Birmingham have been a bit of a bogey team over the last few years haven't they? I make it four or five times they've beaten us in recent times.

Yes in fact they have, Larssen has scored against us in both matches this season. This isn't the end, just a rough return to reality after the Cup. It really was a shocking loss...

Bunch of ****s.

Have shown themselves up as being big time champagne Charlies.

We won't go anywhere if we think we can just turn up and get a result teams like Bum.

Pathetic. Really fucking pathetic.

The problem today was as always a rubbish defence - all the goals we conceded would not have troubled a top defence yet we leaked them all.

We need proper defenders not make shift make do mid fielders, ledley clearly cannot play two consecutive games and Woody needs to be kept fit for the games that really matter.

We cannot win the League, it is not possible, our only aim is to stay up, we can however win the Uefa cup and since that is a possibility we need to go for it, hence rested Woody, Keano, Ledders. JJ, Lennon.

Getting dicked is not nice and we should have defended better than that but you know we hav'nt got the depth of personnel in defence and that is simply the fact.

We need a win on Thursday and though it would have been nice to win today move on and concentrate on the next game.

I've been taking the piss out of my Chelsea friends all week. No more bragging rights for me after this result. If we want to be a top four side we can't be losing 4-1 to sides like Birmingham. There is no excuse for it. Some people here are saying here that they don't care about the result that is entirely the wrong attitude, we need the team to keep the winning habit and get up as far up the table as possible. There is no way that Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool, Man U would lose 4-1 after winning a trophy.
