I also realise that most Dortmund attacks were down our left side as they tried to take advantage of a perceived weakness of Vertonghen playing wide. So Aurier largely got a 'free pass'. Dortmund is unlikely to make that mistake again so Aurier will actually have to do some defending.
In consequence, because he's largely fucking useless, I'm not too excited about the possibility of him playing tomorrow.

So not sure where you're getting this free pass from, in fact Aurier was more involved in the match seeing as the ball was on the right side of the pitch for the majority for both teams.
In consequence if you're looking at the mistakes he's made this season he favours comparably to the other senior right back who hasn't traveled with the squad so...
