Officially today or tomorrow I guess, but there's not a snowball's hope in hell of this being played

Simon Jordan (I know, I know) said they would be no chance of this going ahead as it would create a 'legal minefield' concerning the fulfilment of one fixture and not the other. I realise there is different criteria through the governing bodies to the different competitions and actually that the European format is stricter. Therefore I fully expect that the Spurs game not to go ahead. A shame as I have a match (and train) ticket.

Realised I'd booked Spider-Man at the cinema on a day and time that we'd probably be playing, then saw it was Liverpool and thought maybe it's for the best ?

Sigh. I’ve been really looking forward to some downtime watching football over the Christmas run. It’s going to be a dull round of fixtures without our games to look forward to. Still, it’s the right decision.

If the players all tested positive on Wednesday, then anyone who is isolating today should still be isolating on the 18th which is the day before Liverpool so if we agree on the precedent for postponing the games now then the same by default will apply for the other games in the period.
