I don't know if the beeb or bt have replays but I think they would be waiting for the result of tonight's game before making a decision.

So if it ends in a draw they'll possibly show those 2 teams again? Wouldnt fooken surprise me. I think in hindsight BT tend to show the replays so i'll likely give it a miss lol

Would imagine that if it's not a draw tonight it'll either be us or maybe Ipswich v Southampton.

Soldado was anonymous, didn't get involved much, hardly ran. A stroll basically. Didn't exactly look like a player wanting to impress fans.

Paulinho and Dembeles touches were woeful and ruined most potential attacks but at least they showed for the ball. Soldados excuse for work rate was disgusting.
Paulinho was worse than dembele in terms of passing and contribution in both positions he played.at least dembele showed strength on the ball. Paulinho Looks like an expensive fringe player time to move him on. I can only recall one instance when soldado got in a threatening position in the box. Nuff said.

I like Soldado and want him to succeed and whilst his play around the box is good, actually don't think he does make all the runs he should. Even MOTD, known for its rubbish analysis has pointed out a number of occasions when he should gamble but doesn't.

That's a striker lacking confidence.

As Gary Linekar once said, everyone used to compliment him on an incredible run that led to a goal but not on the other 20 or so runs that had led to nothing.
I've lost count of the number of times that i have seen soldado make those runs though and the ball is never played through to him.
The man's confidence is shot because of his first six months with us when we never played to his strengths, which leads to the question of why buy him at all.
As much as i'd like him to succeed, ala rebrov, i think its time to move him on, for the sake of all concerned.
He's still ahead of ade in the pecking order for me though

BBC fixture list shows our game as 8pm next Wednesday. Nothing on the club site though.

I agree that when he first arrived there were too many times when an early ball across or through to Soldado would have set up a chance, but unfortunately he has to spend too much time deep to get on the ball and now has fallen behind in the pecking order to make a difference.

How did he play vs. Burnley if anyone saw?

What's with none of our cup games being televised? Was annoying in the CC with the Newcastle game and now this? Seems fucking odd.

Was hoping it would be the Tuesday as well, guaranteed to drop points against Sunderland now - we've been doing it all season when we only have two clear days to recover.

Terrible. May as well not have been there.
