He’s the right age to get him. Let him be in and around the squad for the next few months and hope he develops into our RWB over the next 18-24 months.

Love seeing clips all from the same game. You get a good picture of what a player can do.

Overall, he looks comfortable on the ball, defends and reads play well, and can actually cross the ball. He also shows he can strike the ball with either foot, and can beat a man, though I haven't seen him slaloming past 3-4 players. If the price is ~4m, it seems a no-brainer.

About bloody time.

Been waiting a decade for us to replace Alan Hutton.

Looks tidy - nice to see some decent qualities on display there. Tidy on the ball, happy to travel forward with it, can defend and amazingly can take a corner - sign him up!!!

Cheers for that. Has he played much? If we can agree a deal, do you reckon it would be best for him to stay at Aberdeen for the rest of this season and even next?

edit: after seeing those videos above he looks build up physically already. So maybe could move sooner.
He's only played about 25/26 first team games in total after breaking into the team at 17, has spent a few weeks out injured this season but been by miles our best player and one of our best youth/academy products in 20-30 years.

Would definitely be best for him to stay at Aberdeen till the end of season, if not a further year before he would be ready for the physicality and increased intensity and level of the prem, that being said I really believe he's got what it takes.

He's head and shoulders above most youngsters in Scotland.

Then it might be a good idea to sign him now and loan him back to the club. At least he’d already be on our books when he is ready for the PL.

Herc just said in the daily ITK thread that we will be bringing in an attacking wing back this window. Would be very happy if it's Ramsay.

I love that way of doing business for younger players. It seems to suit the purposes of all parties.

This boy is a generational talent, already better then Patterson who Everton signed at a younger age (don’t be fooled by international caps) - would probably need a season out on loan for continued development but wouldn’t be surprised if he became one of the best full backs in Europe

Sign him up, loan him back to Aberdeen, and introduce him to a packed house at the start of the new season!

Simple really. I'm sure Fabio reads these pages.

This kid looks like a special talent. This is exactly the type of signing that we need to be making multiple of per season.
