Can we use this transfer window to sign only french/africans?

As long as I have supported Spurs, I have never seen a transfer window where we only have signed french/african players. Could this be the first one?

I want us to buy some players before the ACN starts. There are so many good players out there!!

Good players don't always cost that much. Bargains are always available.

Well, it's true, there are many good French / African players hanging about, watching the neighbourhood goats on the streets of Bamako and Dakar. I saw a few games of local football out there and they were very good compared to what you can see in the villages of Gloucestershire. If we just signed a hadful of them up, we could have another dressing room clique :grin:
