Anyone else notice him stop Skyrtel from walking off the pitch after the red and try to get the bench to sub him off quickly ?

Cheating scum, prepared to sink to whatever depths to gain an advantage, shame he didnt contribute with his usual OG.

They got everything they deserved today.

Think he was just trying to get Skrtel to use more time going off the field so they could get Coates ready.. He was already given the red card so no point trying to sub him..

I didn't notice that on my stream, I noticed turtle wanting to argue with the ref post red, but I thought they were lucky to end the game with 9 players.
Carroll should have got booked for a dive too there was lot's of gamesmanship and cheating which isn't actually that shocking if you remember King Kenny as a player.

Yeah I saw that, commentaters tried to say he was confused. Bollocks was he, just trying to one up the ref!

On the plus side, our passing was so quick carragher couldnt get near any of ours to foul us!

It was never going to work and he did earn their bench some extra time to get Coates ready. I couldn't care less.

Shocked that he didn't contribute with an own goal today though.

To me, it just looked like Carragher was his usual clueless self and did'nt have a clue to what was and had been going on in the match and did'nt realise Skertal had already been booked.

Still laughed my ass off though.

He should have been carded for that one,
shame the ref was holding so hard to his cards this game.

i thought what had happened was the ref showed the 2nd yellow but not the Red, so Carragher quickly tried to get him subbed off to save the loss of a player . . .

Coates came on for Aggar first half didn't he? I think Carragher was just shell shocked like the rest of them.:)

Yeah I thought he was, rather savvily actually, trying to delay Skrtel leaving the field, giving Kenny a little extra time to regroup & decide if he wanted to make a substitution.

Loved the fact that Carragher was convinced Adebayor was offside for his 2nd goal, only for him to see the replay and realise he was the one playing him onside haha.

God i hate him with a passion.

One of the most overrated defenders in the league. Never plays well against us.

Ha yeah they weren't even making a sub, Coates came on in the first half! I just thought it was weird that he would actually try and get away with that.

Definitely this. He didnt realise Skrtel was red-carded.

I thought carra was trying to claim he was the one booked in the first half. But that's only because I couldn't tell who was actually booked.
