That's fair mate. I do agree with you. When I say glory I do mean doing it the right way. I don't want to be a club that just buys success, but I'm so sick and tired of seeing rivals pick up trophies even if they're hollow victories. No matter how much I say that to my mates, they just don't give a shit. It's frustrating.
Of course you are
When they engrave the name on the trophy whatever people may think the hard fact is there is no asterisk.

Didn't watch the final, could do it, really couldn't do it. Why would I want to watch two teams, pay for the privilege and knowing both are mucky clubs with dodgy owners. I couldn't hate two team any more (Arsenal aside). We need to get our act together next season and challenge this injustice.

What hurts more than that lot winning it was the team response from every Chelsea player. From ko they had a plan, a belief, a desire, passion, a vision, team spirit, a manager who fought with them on the touch line. I have forgotten the last time I saw that from Spurs players?

Social media hurts today. Cant even look at Facebook right now. Covered with Chelsea and CL. Makes me sick even saying it. Not only did we help them into the CL which probably took some of the pressure off they gone and won it. Ergh!

Not Sterling's best season but I expected way better than that.

I didn't watch it either. Just couldn't bring myself to do it. First CL final I've missed in probably 25 years. I'm getting more and more disconnected from football as time goes on.

Giving it all up entirely is an option. I'd argue a good option. (y)

I did watch the final - with gritted teeth.
What I saw was a masterclass of modern football. In a few short months Thomas Tuchel has ingrained a mentality and a degree of organisation in his team that is something else. The togetherness, the workrate, the absolute determination to come out on top...
That’s what I would like the next manager to instill in our team as well. In the top there also is no room for players with Alli's attitude, Ndombele's workrate or Aurier's brainfarts. A lot has to change and last night gave us a glimpse of what's required.

I hated the scum winning that trophy (and switched channels straight after the final whistle). But it can't be denied that the manner in which they did it was impressive... ?

Neither Sterling nor Rashford should play at the Euros, they've both had an awful last few months.

But if I were to bet on the XI for the Croatia game they'd both be in it.

Southgate absolutely loves Sterling for some reason. I reckon he'll start every game, rightly or wrongly (wrongly IMO).

What a crap line-up from Pep - no Rodri or Fernandinho in holing midfield instead playing Gundogan who never plays the role alone. Champions league final isn’t the best place to experiment…

Also he has two left footed centre backs and started neither.

And no Jesus or Aguero up top (I know he’s been doing that a lot this season but still a bit risky).

Don’t like either team but if I had to choose glad Man City didn’t win it as they’re even more corrupt financially than Chelsea.

I didn't watch it either. Totally didn't care which of them won it. Irrelevant in my life right now.
.
I'll probably watch the Euros but doubt if I will watch the WC Qatar.
