Been watching this year's cl games today. Starting to get really excited. I know we can do it. As a collective I think our fans still have something of an inferiority complex, but when you watch the games and see the quality we have shown, the goals we have scored and the difficulties we have overcome, we should have nothing but confidence.

We are as good as any team on the planet on our day.

For those going, any consensus on if we should all wear white. Obviously the oppo will unite in red. Seen enough posts of 'stadium will be 70%' LFC fans etc on twitter and would be good if we could show our strength - doesn't make a big difference for when we go on to win it but just a thought.

Personally think there are going to be a lot more Spurs fans with deep pockets who will be paying through the nose to see Spurs in their first CL final however they can so fully expect it to be 50/50 represented in the ground.

Not wearing colours. Less chance of getting battered by Spanish police or Liverpool fans.

I love this. It just goes to show that it doesn't matter how far away from 'Tottenham' you are, it means just as much. Once your team is in your blood, that is it.

Next Saturday, there will be millions of us glued to screens all over the world. Some will be watching in the middle of the night, middle of the day, in rain, in snow, in deserts, on beaches, with families, on their own or with friends.

All United by one thing, a love for our wonderful club.

That is why football is the greatest sport on earth.

Very eloquent and shedding light on loads of mysterious stuff:
He is happy with playing well
It is not easy to shorten the weeks between the last PL match and the CL match
One game is 90-95 minutes
He will not be able to win CL alone
He is not scared because there will be 11 men on the field and someone on the bench
One team will probably win the cup

My buddies have been texting about the beers they’re bringing over for our BBQ and beer share - we’ve now got lots of quality beers in the queue! They know how excited I am, and they realize that alcohol will be needed to calm my nerves.

F***...less than a week until Spurs in the Champions League final!

I'm going to be the soberest Spurs fan in the whole world watching and hopefully celebrating:cry::cry::cry:

put on a course of antibiotics this morning, though to be honest the way I felt on Saturday even though posting on here a fair bit, I felt I was heading for the missing members forum:( (anyone that has me on facebook, please don't post anything about this, got a lot of family that don't know)

just another infection, 1 of many in the last 3 years unfortunately, but with a little bit more pain and discomfort. if the Final had been Saturday just gone, I'd of had no hope of being at the screening.

what do I do though, 1 usually only ever have 1 drink "Sausage Roll (or hotdog) and a pint", in the exact same seats as we had v Huddersfield with my daughter. do I miss 1 day of tablets, just 1 pint won't hurt, or change a routine:(

Have that pint. If the worst happens then at least you wouldn't have died in vain. I'll take all the luck we can get

Hope you make a quick recovery. Pretty sure any interruption to a course of antibiotics bolloxs the whole thing up.
Possible my mum lied though :cautious:
