Didn't Jose say a few days ago that he wouldn't be a good fit for Chelsea?

He'd be a great fit imo. He works hard on and off the ball. Moving Schuerlle and bringing him in for the same/similar fee is great business for them.

What kind of done deal we talking here? Like Vlad to Roma and Yedlin to Roma? Or is this an actual done deal?
"Chelsea is ready to close the deal for Cuadrado. The Blues have reached an agreement with Fiorentina, the only thing left to define is which player will arrive in Tuscany: it will be Salah who will join on a straight loan. Abramovich's club wants to close the deal quickly: the contracts are being prepared and Mourinho would have like to have the Colombian winger available for the match this weekend. Cuadrado is set to leave Serie A to join the Premier League."

If Chelsea manage to get £30m for Schurlle then the world's gone mad. I've no idea how they've received some of their recent reported fees...

Apparently its £22m but Chelsea, are fools imo, swapping Schurrle for Cuadrado is poor one imo

Cuadrado had a great world cup but I'm not sure whether he is going to be the winger people think he is

He tracks back, presses the ball, and can play off other players better than Schürrle. Cuadrado is less direct, and more of a Mourinho-type player than Schürrle is.

Inflated fees help the Chavs not break the FFP rules. What makes you think all the money comes from the buying club? Must be costing the Russian Mafia money-launderer more than usual, though, as the rouble has plummeted against the dollar.

So fed up with Chelsea constantly brining in great players even when they are not needed. He is a fantastic player and its going to suck seeing him line up for Chelsea alongside Oscar and Hazard week in week out. I bet this time next year they will be looking to sell Willian for more then they bought him for.

The Chavs will have to wait decades - not years - before they might justify being called a "big club." Until the second half of the 21st century, they will remain a "small club with big money."
