None of the big names will be coming to us especially after that performance today.

If I was a player that Spurs wanted to sign and watched that game yesterday, I'd be excited because I know for sure I can get into that team and or know where and how I can contribute.

Good player but I don't think we need to a direct replacement for Kane, I personally feel we need a striker who brings a slightly different skill set as it gives us more options. So for me if we were going to spend big on a striker the player we should be targeting is Lacazette not batshuyai

Why will it make it more difficult?

Lyon 2nd in the league lost their final game 4-1 to the team who finished 2nd bottom
A Madrid lost their 2nd from last game and their title hopes to the bottom team 2-1

Are they thinking 'oh sh*t we'll struggle to sign players now?', I doubt it.
Did you read what I wrote?

I said the result win or lose has no influence on whether or not we can sign him or any player

Batshuayi isn't a like-for-like Kane replacement. More like Berahino than Kane IMO.

Lukaku's 6'3" and strong as fuck, Batshuayi is 5'11" and strong, but not a complete physical beast like Lukaku.

While their physical statures differ they have a similar style of play. Michy is very strong for his build and has without a shred of doubt the ability to play as a lone attacker, something Berahino would not be able to in a top prem side :)

We shouldn't turn this into a Berahino thread- but I disagree with what you've said here. Had this discussion loads of times last summer, so not going over it again :p

Looks to have it all. Pace, strength, flair. Got a few tricks up his sleeve. Really like the look of him. French league is dogshit though
Produce the most players that do well in the PL though. Kante, Payet, Martial are examples just from this season.

The more I watch of him the more he reminds me on Daniel Sturridge. Not just because he wears his socks to his ankles :D but in the way that he plays. He's a striker or attacking minded player that loves to get the ball at his field, shield the ball using his body and take some defenders on. He can very easily get out of a tricky situation with some neat foot work as well as scoring a different types of goals.

I reckon he would be a very good option to not only fill Kane's void but also to partner alongside.

You're right about that and I think this guy would be a great signing. Im just not sure he would dominate defenders in the PL like he did in the video. I hope I'm wrong though

Still think this fella will go for big money somewhere a bit like matial last year, which ironically we also was interested in but he signed a new deal with his club then went for big bucks.

Literally said this for two or three years now.
