CL Draw - Would do you want?

SCHALKE 04 as we stand the best chance of progressing to the semi's if we draw them, and I want to go back to Germany again.......

I would like the draw to be
Inter v Barca
Chelsea v Man U
Schalke v Shaktar
Real Madrid v Tottenham
So if we were to beat Real (I really want a glamour tie next round)
The semi's would be:
Inter/Barca v Chelsea/Man U
Schalke/Shaktar v Tottenham
Final vs Barcelona
That would be the dream
(i want an easier looking semi-final as once we got there I would want us to win) Also dont want english team as we may only be here once- we play United and Chelsea at least twice a year

Don't want Chelsea or United cos, as I've said in another thread, I'll feel cheated if we get knocked out of our debut CL campaign by another English team.
Also wouldn't like Inter as, IF we were to lose, it would go some way to undoing the memories of that great night in November.

In terms of us progressing in the tournament, I'd like Chelsea, Inter or Schalke. I believe we've got more than enough to beat these 3 sides over 3 legs. On paper, we should be able to beat United, but something in our make-up (probably mental) stops us following this through. Madrid, yeah, I'd fancy us to give them a game and sneak through. Shaktar are dangerous floaters, don't fancy them at all.
And then there's Barca...no ta. I'd love them to draw United and put the pricks firmly in their place.

This soooo different to the europa league draws from the last few years when we could have been drawn against the bulls head or the farmers arms....

I'd take Schalke over the others in a heartbeat as it's the easiest route through to the semis. On the flip side of the coin I imagine the biggest teams are wanting either Schalke or us for the same reason of being the easiest route.

SSN's buildup is at 10:30, actual draw starts at 11am .. which'll most likely mean the draw starts at about 11:20 considering they waffle on about nothing at the beginning of every draw.

In order,
1. Inter - We know we can win, we know what to expect and although they're better since the fat spanish waiter left we're more than a match for them.
2. Chelsea - We know how to play against them... And we're just better.
3. Shalke - Scary shit to be honest but they aren't doing well in the league. Downside would be going out to them would be a bit embarasing.
4. Manure - We never do win but we have to start at some point. We have a better starting 11 than them so we should win. End of.
5. Barca - We get to go out with a bang at least!
6. Madrid - You never know, maybe just maybe. Also again no shame in losing
7. Shaktur - Worst case scenario... If we get through them it will truly be a sign of the team maturing.

have dreamt about playing barca my whole life but would have to say inter

Schalke 04 - yes please !
Shakhtar Donetks - not sure on these, dark horses ? It certainly could be worse
Real Madrid - yes please, my dream tie. Would be good to see one of the true giants at WHL and we would have a decent(ish) chance.
Barcelona - no thanks ! We did manage a lucky draw against Barca reserves in the Wembley Cup a couple of years back ! It would most probably be over in the first leg.
Chelsea - no, we play them every year, we could do them though. Wouldn't feel nice going out to these Chavs if we lost.
Internazionale Milan - played them already, ahead on aggregate - lets keep it that way. Would they want to avoid us or want revenge ?
Manchester United - 2nd worst possible draw. We have mental issues playing against these, since we last beat them (Korsten!!) how many times have we played them and not won ? Still would be a good time to end the run.

Am absolutely mad if I say Real Madrid? I Just have the feeling we could beat them, and then, we'd have something truly to brag about.
Can we win the competition, possibly, but it's unlikely, we take down Madrid, and for at least few years people will remember the titans
