Thats fair enough and your right there may not actually be any truth in this and he may sign tomorrow but I just find Spurs transfer business so frustrating. For example Newcastle signed two quality players recently and it was just so smooth and quick. Pretty much was in the papers when practically done.

There is probably very little difference in the smoothness and quickness of our transfers when compared to other clubs.

I think it was JJ that said that the papers and media are generally 2 weeks behind when it comes to transfers. By following ITK we get in near the beginning, when things are a lot more hit and miss.

Not saying Levy is perfect when it comes to making deals.

I'm just finding it hilarious how people are jumping to conclusions based on so little evidence. For all we know Aulas is just being a gobshite again, like he was with the Llioris deal.

Either way, he definitely is.

To put it in context, today's other Aulas outburst after what I assume was a long lunch featuring several carafes of burgundy involved him wanting to rename Ligue 1 "Le Premiere Ligue".

He is so jealous of English football it's unreal. Add in his desire to squeeze terms to his favour at the last minute of a deal, and that's all this is.

Still, we're getting fucking brilliant ad clicks from page impressions tonight, so keep it up lads.

I wish N'jie was American, because then he could tell us, in his best Whitney Houston voice:

"N'jie, will only love youuuu"

On another hot topic of the moment at OL , concerning Clinton Njie , Jean-Michel Aulas said , Friday, August 14th on RTL , which was sold to Tottenham is not entirely settled : "The start No. is not officially recorded , we talk . we let him go ( in London , ed), because there were relationship problems which I do not want to go . But things are not done . If the player hand Tottenham , it will be extremely high requirements for us. "

The Cameroon international , 21, author of 7 goals and as many assists in Ligue 1 last season, his salary could multiply by six to Tottenham and bring € 17 million ( including bonus) to his first club . The Lyon president , however, indicates that there is " another proposal of a posh English club ." This club could well be Arsenal .

It does'nt really matter if some journo made up the Aulas quote or not

The fact it's from Aulas should have people's bullshit detector ringing warning bells.
