I think the posts from a year ago were saying all our players were finished and we were shit. Well maybe 7 months ago not 12.

Plus Son played most of last season with an injury.

In all fairness Ange could have subbed Davies off for a traffic cone and we’d have had more output.

Gary Neville needs some vicks sinus medication not only for his nostrils, but his blatant bias against Spurs winning the league. Now I'm not suggesting we will win, but for right now, we are top and deservedly so. He as a pundit needs to be impartial but alas he can't be. A bit like the Pool game. Ange needs to play his commentary before we play our next games. Should be enough to get the boys ready for the challenge. Irrespective of other results this weekend, we will be top on Tuesday. Shows once again you need to be clinical. There’s always a var fuck up or defensive lapse that can cost you if you’re not free and clear. Had enough chances to put the game to bed again and sooner or later it’s going to cost us. Feels with the strongest first eleven we’re fine against anyone but once we get into the squad we’re a different story. Still need to convert more of these chances if we’re serious about going close this season.
