Unfortunately with the rotation, injury crisis and no signings this was inevitable. With Dortmund coming up without Kane and Dele this could be a tough few weeks in terms of cup competitions.

After the Dortmund game, we’ll be out of all the cups and struggling to finish in the top four. What a fantastic season!

On the fairly safe assumption that we won't make it past the CL quarter-final stage at very best, it's looking like the only thing we have to look forward to for the rest of the season is the chance to finish above Arsenal. To be fair, as long as we do that it won't have been a total waste of a season in my personal opinion, but it could have been so much better.

The Dortmund front line is going to enjoy playing against us.

We're imploding. Not just in this game, but the whole season. The belief we didn't need to sign anyone was wrong and it's being proven in spectacular fashion.

No belief from the fans or, it appears, the squad. Think its easy to forget the benefit of new signings on morale as much as anything else.

The squad has stagnated, and if we continue to try and plod through the season we won't finish in the top 4.
