If we sell Rose, we will be seen as nothing more than a feeder club for the big teams. Simples as. we will be seen as being beaten back down off the field right back to where our " proper place " should be.

Sadly that is what we are though. We are not at the top table yet.

I think a large number of people are acting like ***** at the moment. I keep hearing all this shit about what Danny Rose has done to us, but I also keep remember all the shit that got lobbed at him a couple of years ago. It's not the kind of behaviour that induces loyalty. Reap what you sow.
Fact is he will get some form of abuse at every club he's at.

Ronaldo and Messi are not universally loved for club or country.
Better hope England don't start groaning when he fucks up, as he's got nowhere to go there...

If you chose to let the minority dictate what you do, then he may as well retire now.

Danny Rose has burnt his bridges and will be off either now or in January.
Levy has now got a choice.
Adjust our wage structure and pay our players what their worth...
Or our best players will leave and we'll go back to challenging for Europa league places at best.

I wouldn't at all be averse to selling him after this, but the way we've gone about to replace Walker thus far doesn't fill me with great confidence as to us replacing him.

JJ now not ruling out him being sold, it seems.
If you're not fully on board then out you go. Ben Davies has done a good job and has a good attitude. Bring in another left back that Poch can develop. Luke Shaw? He'd probably take Rose's England place after a few months with Poch.

See you later Danny.

We created our own problem by rewarding Walker with a move for kicking up a fuss, this is calculated - kick up a fuss and force a move.

It's taken us all summer to find a right back to replace Walker (and we still haven't) and now we have to start looking for a replacement for Rose too? Good luck with that.

I'd love to keep him and take a stance, put him in the reserves and wait for him to knuckle down and apologise. Unfortunately, and probably the most depressing part of all of this, there is probably a small bald man stood in his office high fiving himself on finding another £60m for the stadium.

Interesting point on TalkSport as well, Rose was supposedly teachers pet, could Poch have given him his blessing to do the interview, almost put him up to it to call Levy to action?
