Reckon Poch would have absolutely bollocked him as soon as he got to training today. There's no way he'd stand for this sort of thing.

I don't actually think Rose was trying to engineer a move, he's just thick as fuck and trying to be honest like BAE used to.

Id rather the greenhouse scene from Scum personally.
People using this to attack the clubs policies are missing the point here, having these views is one thing, to voice them in this way, at this time time is spitting in the face of the club, the fans, and the manager.
Ridiculously unprofessional.

Makes me cringe just thinking about that one. Horrible scene.

We haven't had Rose in our team in 8 months.

But if he wasn't injured would you still regard him as first choice LB? The point which keeps being ignored by everyone is the image that we project to other clubs when we sell first team players, we are a selling club and are not serious about challenging for titles or winning stuff. Watch us rise my arse as they won't be anyone left in the shiny new stadium left worth watching

He's off imo.

My fucking god, what an inexcusable failure this window has been.

DL has turned it in imo. Knows he's only 12 months from completing stadium, putting club on the market and making a billion £ profit, so why bother with all this shit. Let someone else deal with it.

I guess if he is really determined to leave, then Spurs have to take a stance that if he leaves he must go abroad.
This situation is why most leagues are dominated by a few clubs.
Once you win a few trophies, you have a huge advantage and can poach almost any player, whilst dismantling the opposition at the same time.

The defeat to Chelsea in the F.A Cup last season was a very damaging result for us.
IMO this article is a come and get me plee from Rose. Losing Walker I could live with. Losing both fullbacks is a problem.
If I'm Pochettino I'm looking at the PSG Job when it becomes available.

He has gone about it the wrong way. But I am not surprised about his comments in the slightest.
He made similar comments at the end of last season where he made it look like he was talking about Walker but was clearly also including himself in that.
I'm also not surprised, as yes he owes Poch a bit more loyalty maybe for improving him as a player. But everything he has said is true!!!!! And I for one do not blame him for wanting out if say United come knocking.
It is THFC/Levy's fault and it will happen with Toby, Eriksen, Dele and maybe Kane in the future too, if we keep penny pinching.

From Kane earlier in the year. This will be Rose's last season I'm sure if it. I wouldn't be surprised if he goes in the next 2 weeks after this as long as Levy gets £60m plus.

Yep, this is like 'suicide by cop' with our manager.

So we've gone from having the 2 best full backs in the league as well as having the best back up LB and RB to basically just having Davies (seeing as Trippier is injured)

Fuck me.

Also, I cannot even start to imagine the kind of impact this is going to have on the start of our season (in regards to lack of signings and players being unsettled like this example with Rose.)

Imagine how unsettling all this talk is for our squad and manager, I hope we start off strong with two wins or at least a win and a draw because if we take a knock at Newcastle and then combine that with the fact that we are scrambling around in the window, I fear the worst against Chelsea, I really do.

Pretending this stuff doesn't have an impact on players is just sticking your head in the sand out of ignorance, Rose has just proven, players listen as much as fans do, I think some believe players live in a bubble and don't pay attention to the media or what goes on at the club which is simply inaccurate.

I think too many spurs fans look at Kane as the example of what our squad is like, but Kane is just one man and one player, he has a loyalty rarely seen in football and even with him it will only stretch so far, even he has said that if we lack ambition he will be off.

If we fail to sign anyone then we might as well write this season off, the players will sense the lack of ambition and nothing will kill this teams spirit or motivation more because let's face it, their wages aren't the thing keeping them here, most of them could double that at another club, the only thing keeping them here is Poch and a sense of ambition and that they believe this club can win things.

If that goes, then what will keep them motivated? Or even keep the manager here?

Levy is the cause of all this, he has mere weeks to fix this situation and put the foot down on the pedal while we are in a position to take advantage, if he fails to do that, HE should be the one to fall on the sword, not Poch, there is no hiding behind the manager this time Mr Levy.

But we made a profit, at least we have that to celebrate right? right????

I love(d) Rose but I was always worried about him.

Fucking northerners.

The only northerner who ever showed us loyalty was Daws and we forced him out after a decade for fucking Fazio. Fuck off.

If he's sold too and the money isn't reinvested adequately I think Poch will resign. We do have certain financial constraints but there is such a thing as taking the piss and being brutally honest we kind of are right now.

I think you are probably right. I mean straight away there are now managers that would be thinking is he really worth the risk? Can he be trusted to keep things in house? Then how would his new team mates react to him? I just don't see his representatives orchestrating this at all, it makes no sense. I think straight away this rules out Conte having any interest and probably Pep as well. It is just a really really stupid thing to do especially so close to the start of the season, and imo is worse than how Walker behaved(and that was behind closed doors. Poch's entire philosophy is based on everyone pulling in the same direction, and fighting for each other. That has just been totally blown out of the window imo. I would bet my last pound Poch will be absolutely fuming this morning and IMO Rose will be gone before the window shuts
