Yeah and if he gets long term injured then we're all a bit boned. Seems too risky but they do need him or at least another competent defender.

The manager's official quotes on Ajax twitter are basically not sure what will happen next but expects the fans to back him if he plays.

Could this mean that we might wait for the sales of Janssen, Sissoko etc to European clubs, so we receive payment in Euros to pay Ajax?
