If we look at the players we should get rid of and the amount this accumulates it's perhaps going to be (another) fun summer:

One of the CBs: Kaboul or verthongen most likely. Kaboul is probably worth around 6 mill and Verts around 12. I'll go for Verts based on the media articles.

Naughton? Don't think so, but it will be around 5.

First of all, I'm not not saying I want these players to leave, but these are the ones I feel for various reasons will.

This will make a total of 62 mill and a huge wage reduction. If Soldado, lloris should leave it will be Even higher.

Personally I want to spend the whole amount on 4 players:
1 CB with pace, winner mentality, intelligence and strong. (Kaboul) 10 mill
1 creative Attacking midfielder 20 mill
1 forward 20 mill
1 winger 15 mill

We will then go pretty Even on net spending yet again.

I thought BAE was in the final stretch of his contract with us as well...if that is the case and we didn't bother to recall him i would think he is more or less out the door as well.

We do have players like sigurdsson & Lennon who can be replaced by 1 better player, still leaving a host of wide options.
