Getting into a football match used to be so easy , now you need a technology degree with all the instructions....... and this is only part of the email re Chelsea game.

YOUR TICKETS





Season Ticket Holders and One Hotspur Members




Digital Season Passes have been sent out to Season Ticket Holders, and once downloaded onto your mobile device, they will automatically update with the match details of the next fixture. If this does not happen, don’t worry - as long as you have not used Ticket Exchange or Ticket Share, then your pass will still gain you entry into the stadium on matchday using the contactless function and the QR code. However, if you wish to update the match details on the pass manually, then please see the below tips on how to do so:



Apple device – Navigate to your pass in your Apple Wallet and click on the three dots either on the top or bottom corner of the ticket, then swipe down on your screen to refresh the ticket.



Android device – We recommend you power your device off and on again - if this does not update the information for the next match, please do not worry, you will still be able to gain entry to the Stadium.



Please ensure your pass is downloaded to your device before setting off to avoid any download issues at the stadium. You only need to do this once.



For anyone experiencing any issues downloading their pass, please try the following useful tips:



  • Ensure you are clicking on the relevant link for your device - those with iPhone devices should use 'Apple Wallet' and Android users should click 'G Pay'.
  • If you are an Android user, please ensure you have G Pay already added to your device.
  • Ensure your phone is receiving Mobile Data for your digital pass to update correctly.
  • Check your pass or ticket has not already downloaded - please click on Apple Wallet or G Pay to view your pass.
  • Check your settings and, if using an iPhone, check you have “Block cookies” and “Block Pop-ups” turned off (i.e. the toggle is no longer green) and it is set to Download to iPhone and not iCloud - this will be in Safari settings.
  • If you are using Android, ensure you have no pop-up blockers enabled.
  • Only open the email in your phone’s native mail app. If you are using an alternative mail provider such as Yahoo, AOL or accessing it via the Outlook mail app, please forward the email to your address that utilises your phone’s native mail app.
  • If you are using a work phone, you may be blocked from opening certain links and attachments - please forward the email with your digital ticket to your personal phone
  • If you have downloaded your digital season pass and it appears blank or states “expired”, you can refresh the pass by either clicking on the 3 dots (on iPhone) or “show code” on Android and swiping down to refresh, or close G Pay altogether and reload it to update the pass.
  • You may also need to switch your phone off and on again to pick up any updates.

I find the process really easy. Just checked my wallet on the phone and there’s my ticket along with my up to date Covid pass.

One thing I would add is to ensure that your screen brightness is set on a higher setting for the scanner.

Way of the world now. I got an email today from the rainbow theatre saying my postponed gig rescheduled for the end of this month will be an e-ticket and will be emailed to me prior to the gig. That means my paper ticket is now invalid. This is inline with all my other gig tickets.

Way of the world we just have to get used to and I will miss the paper tickets for my gig scrapbook ?

I myself have had no problem with the updates to my digital pass but judging by the amount of tips on the email looks like many have had a problem.

Can't go on Sunday, put my ticket on the exchange a week ago. Thought for a cat A game it would be snapped up. Still hasn't sold! Can't believe it

There are thousands of tickets up for resale from ST's for the Chelsea game , with a 40,000 drop in membership the demand is just not there .
Plus the whole process of ID verification , Covid pass , compatible device etc just makes the whole process of attending a game unattractive to many but nevermind the club have your money. :)

It's such a joke how you can't get concession prices on the exchange, i'd go on sunday if I could get my usual young adult pricing but I can't justify the £70 or however much it is

The prices don’t help either.

I can’t believe they haven’t opened the game up to general/guest sale.

Just had a look at the Chelsea game; I cannot believe with how many thousands of tickets there are available, the club have to open this up to general sale, surely?!

They probably will, but I guess they are worried that if every game is going to general sale, except maybe say Man United and Arsenal, then membership will fall even further next year

I've been waiting for this to open to guest sale but doesnt appeared to have happened yet...i'm sure it had opened by now for the City game....

just wondering about the wolves game 12th February 2021 would any of you think maybe it will go to general sale, or has any premier league tickets gone on general sale yet?

THST have asked for concessions for TE but club won't budge it was in the recent newsletter,
  • " No concessions are available on Ticket Exchange. As reported regularly by THST before the pandemic, this is a decision we fundamentally disagree with and we’ll continue to lobby for a change to recognise Junior, Young Adult and Senior purchasers on the platform. "

On the question of general sale it's not gone to general sale probably because the game has not sold out to members there are still tickets available that are not TE resale tickets from ST's.
Doesn't bode well for the rest of the season if they can't sell out against Chelsea

The fact that it hasn't sold out to members, three days before the game, should give them all the more reason to send it to general sale IMO

I would agree seems pointless not allowing non-members the chance to buy a ticket for a game like this , looks like they want to encourage people to shell out £50 or so to become members.

Ticket still available. Will sell for £50 (face value £75). Absolute bargain for such a big game.

Just over 48 hours to the game and still no ticket showing on my pass, looks like I'l have to brave phoning them for an answer, or, hope that the pass alone will gain me entry on Sunday!

Have you turned auto update off and on again?
Sorry to seem dim, but I can't see an option to do that (I'm an android user) i've turned my phone off and on again as suggested inone of the emails, but just over 48 hours before the game, still no details in the pass itself! I know the email said that I should still be able to get in, but I don't want to spend ages at the ticket office if it doesnt!
