I was sitting in the East Upper yesterday, and during the second half, there was a lot of commotion and jeering in the Lower tier.

At first I look I thought it was fans fighting between themselves, but it seems people were looking upto someone/people in the box area.

Anyone in the lower yesterday explain what happened?

Also, when Fulhams result had been read and it was stated they were staying up, everyone cheered they had won/stayed up. How comes Spurs fans like Fulham?

I'm East Lower and I didn't notice anything.

And Fulham have a lot of Spurs old boys, Davies, Keller, Murphy, Stalteri. Konchesky is also there :)

Little now fact about the Fulham away Stand. It folds up into a handy little carrycase and can be stowed away behind Mohammed Al Fayed's sofa until it's needed again. It's also the only ground I can get to in the Premiership where my travel costs getting there are under a pound.

Am in the East Lower, but bottom of block 31, incident happened top of block 30 I think it was, so didn't get a full view of it.

Apparently there were a few scousers in there who cheered when they scored, got hit a few times, whilst some scousers were also in an exec box just above them, trying to gee people up.

Don't condone it, but if I sat on the kop and openly celebrated when Spurs scored I doubt if they'd take too kindly to it.

I was sitting East Lower and there were people having a row with a couple of suited (officials???) black guys. No idea what it was about. I *think* maybe they supported Chelsea or something.

There were liverpool fans in the boxes above the East lower celebrating like idiots when they went 2-0 up, jumping around and waving for minutes after they scored. I think it just pissed a lot of people off down there. We saw it from the Park Lane, hence the chants of 'Wanker, wanker'.

Yeah i was a bit confused about the Fulham thing. At first i thought it might be a 'LondonTing' but Arsenal, Chelsea and West Ham are all from there as well... so it's probably because they're local but they're not rivals, they have a few well liked yiddos there (barring Konchesky) and they're a nice easy ground to get to for away matches. I hope Fulham fans noticed the cheers, i'd love a set of fans that cheered our success.

On a separate note, and going back to chanting, i assume the 'One Paul Gascoigne' chant was aimed at how bad JJ was playing. Nice one to whoever started that one off :-|. Anyone who thinks it wasn't aimed at JJ, believe me, it was by whoever started it. It came straight after JJ's 3rd bad pass - a few moans and jeers, then the song. I assume the fact that he wears the number 8 shirt was the reason behind it.

Glad Robbo got a good reception. Dimi got a little song at the end, that was deserved too. And the parents of the Park Lane Princess did their bit too when they laid down a large banner of their daughter on the pitch about 10 mins after the lap of honour - although i'm not too sure about some of the fans response to it when they sang 'Tottenham Til I die'.... not the most appropriate song but they meant well.

All in all, anal bleeding.

Cheers, it did seem to look like there were people in the boxes that were of another team, winding the Spurs fans up.

Is that the famed 316 bus by any chance? Took that every weekday for 2 years.

There was a thread on it a little while back. A young female season ticket holder died recently and they were performing a little tribute for her after the match. The parents had their picture taken with the banner, looked like it was all being professionally done, so may have been for a local rag or something.
