East Upper Blocks C To G

I've been sat in Block 24 for about 15 years. At the time, my dad said it at Tottenham you tend to offset a not so great view with atmosphere, or you forgo the atmosphere and get a better view to see things you just don't get from watching TV.

With the pricing increases, StubHub tourists etc etc, WHL is dead most games and I realise I'm paying a load of money for nothing I couldn't get from TV.

I want to now get a better view.. west upper is a little bit eye watering in price, especially if I want to go to away games as well, so I was thinking of East Upper.

Only issue with East Upper is that it is set a little bit back from the pitch compared to the west and the pillars look like a right nuisance.

Does anyone have any photos or thoughts of being in Blocks C through to G, (hopefully I can wrangle a seat near the front of E if it's any good) because the official site says it is 'unrestricted' in view but I'm not convinced. Also does it feel 'far' from the pitch?

Any photos would be really appreciated; the more the better! :)

Thanks guys in advance!

Sat in the upper east against Wolves 2 seasons ago. The view was excellent. The pole was in the way and so was the sun at times, but with recent weather you don't have to worry about that too much.

WHL in comparison to other grounds is tiny, I sat in Block B for my first game and was like, wow we are so close lol

View is great and the poles aren't as bad as sitting behind them

Was it something I said? :( True though, atmosphere in 24 is west stand like at times. If it wasn't the cheapest seat in the house I'd move myself. Can barely afford that right now though.

Dougal, just take out a loan from the bank for about 50 grand, start with a stake of a season ticket price for east upper or west upper, then sit at the left end of a blackjack table and employ a steely double or nothing strategy until you win the season ticket value, and then come and move with me. Absolutely foolproof.

Fool. Proof.

Any other photos guys? and thanks for the input so far everyone!
