Rented or not, their owners wealth is in a completely different stratosphere to everyone else. Money appears to be a limitless flow and they creatively fudge their away around and Financial fair play rules, which now seem obsolete and useless.City only rent their stadium off of the Council they like the Spammers don’t own their grounds so have had no outlay to fund construction.

Countries used to build battleships as a show of their wealth and strength, now they're buying football clubs.Yes, which is why it's understandable but wrong to expect ENIC to behave unprofessionally in order to compete with Manchester City which is essentially no longer a football club. It is a front for one of the wealthier nations on the planet which desperately needs to diversify in both assets and profile away from oil and the middle east, and are therefore pursuing an entirely different agenda, with an entirely different financial and political rationale behind it, from virtually all other clubs.
Chelsea is similar but not the same, as is PSG. FFP is inadequate to deal with this threat to sport, because UEFA and FIFA are weak, as are our own football authorities, but that's a whole other story.

Man City spent more on their defence this summer than 47 nation states spent on their defence budgets.
How do we know we got the best training faciities?Nice positive spin. Also the people saying they’re just investing to get price up then sell, would they really spend 15 years or more to do that and if so why? Joe Lewis is 80 and Levy what 50-60 mabye, if the profit is for them what is the point?
I genuinely want to believe that they’re doing this for the good of the club and whatever way you look at it a new £800 mil 61,000 stadium and best training ground in Europe are two things which will provide the club with a massive opportunity to

It isn't anything wrong about that, you are commenting on the wrong side of the thread cycle. All this about ENIC taking the loans out in THFCs name, what exactly is wrong with that? As has been Said ENIC are a business and will make a fortune out of us, so what. As of next year they will have transformed every aspect of our club on and off the pitch.
The work that has gone on that we never see, goes unappreciated by fans who have a clear agenda against Levy and ENIC. These same fans hammer Levy for everything they possibly can and seem to take a great pleasure when he slips up, which he has on occasion. What I want is for these fans to tell me what model they want at our club in his place?
Players from our club and other clubs have said ours our the best or up there with the best they've trained at (England lads also). How do we know we got the best training faciities?

What is dead wrong is this: "ENIC are grand because look at how much money they are spending themselves and all the loans in their own name".
Pointing out that ENIC aren't doing any financial liabilities themselves isn't a criticism of ENIC, it's a criticism of the worst pro-ENIC opening post ever.
So now that the season ticket prices have been published what do you have to say ? What you described as guess work was reasonable deductive reasoning that proved to be spot on, we have the most expensive season tickets in the league.Which is very, very poorly.
This is what I mean...'someone told me' is hardly evidence now is it?
And as I said, I'm interested in what the average punter will be forking out, not our most expensive season tickets, or premium seats, I don't care if rich people are forking out tens of thousands, they can afford it.
Let's face it, you have zero evidence, it's complete guesswork that you're now passing on as though it's fact....because it fits right in with your obvious anti-enic agenda.
No it was guesswork, well guessed mate....have a biscuit. So now that the season ticket prices have been published what do you have to say ? What you described as guess work was reasonable deductive reasoning that proved to be spot on, we have the most expensive season tickets in the league.
