I've really lost a lot of faith in believing that Levy knows what he's doing whatsoever when it comes to the football side of things. He seems to go from one thing to another. There is no plan at all or continuity in terms of the type of managers he is hiring. He just seems to go after the flava of the month.

The documentary gave me more reasons to believe he is really clueless about football, the comments he was making in awe of Winks "he runs and runs he's unbelievable" and other comments he made just makes me think he REALLY needs to hire a football person to take care of the actual football side and be accountable for the managers hired/scouting system etc. And there would be no shame in him doing that and he can concentrate on what he is good at which is the financial/marketing strategy side of the club.

I know - I enjoy chatting with most people on here, including @tototoner. I just feel like it was square pegs and round holes. Levy couldn't provide Poch with who he wanted and Poch wouldn't accept anyone else so something had to give.
That's why lots of football clubs appoint a DoF. To have continuity, a long term plan and a long list of potential reinforcements rather than having to come up with names on the spot. Squad management rather than just chancing it in the transfer market... :(

If Levy had his way we'd be playing as Stratford Hotspur in Singapore but there's fans that still love and defend him, hahaha, he's a genius...

Was Jose sacked on the eve of a cup final so that the club potentially saved millions of pounds for an unfair dismissal claim

Has ENIC cost us the chance of our first piece of silverware in 13 years for the sake of a law suit and a few million quid in a settlement?

It’s clear Jose didn’t have everyone pulling in the same direction and a change was needed but surely with 14 finals on his CV and 12 victories he’s got far more chance of lifting the cup on Sunday that poor old Ryan Mason!

It depends how toxic things had got behind the scenes. We'll never know I guess.

There's a lot of conjecture in that sentiment

It's kinda crazy to think how, in the space of less than 48 hours, Daniel Levy has managed to act in a way that should, and hopefully will, see him remembered by Tottenham fans less fondly than Sol Campbell.

After failing to invest in the team during one of our highest points in the club's history, the failed Mourinho experiment, and now this ESL debacle, its not looking too good for Levy.

Surely this has to be the final nail in the coffin? Even his most ardent supporters can't defend this, surely?

I do think that he is running out of road at Tottenham but the question remains - who can afford the club?

His most ardent fans won't here a bad word about him, in fact it will probably be us fan's fault for putting pressure on him to win or perhaps it's the prevailing winds around the ground that are to blame.

The same kind of people who would support an ESL?
I don't see any parties showing their hand. Allegedly there was an £800 million offer for 50% ownership last year and it was turned down because DL doesn't want to give up control in that kind of scenario.

Please don't. We've only just had the end of the Mourinista. We don't need the BSoDL stuff starting up again.

Looking forward to seeing how Teflon's BSoDL (or maybe AWoDL (Abused Wives) would be a better suited) manage to turn this it into a positive for him... Joking aside though he can't have many friends left, needs to resign.

It is pointless having such a thing as " ENIC out " as they probably want out of this mess themselves but who can tell who is going to pay the price Lewis wants with a billon pound debt albeit manageable .

Well they have outdone themselves this time in how to embarrass the grand old name of Tottenham, I am now fully in belief they can go as soon as they can

I’m tapping out.

This was the last straw for me. My camels back is broken. I refuse to give any money to any entity that may boost their coffers, not a single match ticket, not a single shirt, not even a key ring with the official Spurs logo will be purchased. Including any media company that funnels money back to them.

This is my line.

I want to starve them of any revenue till they realise they are better off just selling up and leaving with only a billion pounds of profit.

We can make a difference. Not just by protesting, but by refusing their entire existence of why they are involved in our club. Their oxygen is money.

I will find this easy.
