Couple this with the United result, we can hope. This will hopefully wreck Liverpool's season
The worst outcome for us was a Scouse win, we were never likely to catch Arsenal in the first place.

There's no chance in hell we're making top 4. That ship sailed weeks ago.It now means we have to finish above utd who are 6 points ahead (7 effectively with goal difference) and liverpool. Thats going to be very tough
Beating Liverpool for fifth would do fine, the top four ship sailed away for good at Old Trafford. It now means we have to finish above utd who are 6 points ahead (7 effectively with goal difference) and liverpool. Thats going to be very tough
Agreed, but utd have Man city and Chelsea in the next 2 games. Big if, but if we win the next 3 games we could well be level with them with 5 games to goIt now means we have to finish above utd who are 6 points ahead (7 effectively with goal difference) and liverpool. Thats going to be very tough

Well I aint giving up that's for sure. What's the point of that
Arsenal's current form is probably the best in Europe at the moment. They are playing football at a very high level. They will spend heavily this summer to put them in a bracket with Chelsea and City, and can add 1-2 players of Sanchez/Ozil calibre (Cavani? Lacazette? Schneiderlin?). With United spending 150+ million again, the race for top 4 next season may be over on paper by September.
