We heard very similar noises out of Chadli just before he started firing.

Nice. Hope it's so, we bloody need him to come good

I'm happy to admit I was wrong about Chadli.
I'll be over the moon to do the same about lamela.
Just can't really see it, that's the problem.

Personally i wasn't that suprised at Chadli, I had seen him before and knew his reputation. So I had high hopes from the start.

Lamela tbh i had never even heard of before he came to us, my expectation was, and still is, based almost entirely on his price tag. I can't see it either, although he was the stand out player in Saturday's shitshow I suppose. The guy has tekkers, remains to be seen if he has anything else. God i hope so!

Lamela I'd heard of only because Spurs signed him on a game of FM13 I had for like £35m. I was a bit confused at the time because he didn't look that great, but it was weird to see reality reflect the game for once when we did sign him.

I had hopes for Chadli because he's a big strong physical lad, fast and powerful, almost, say it quietly, Ronaldo like.
I've seen a video of Lamela on transworld sport from when he was 12ish. As far as I can tell it was filmed inside the last few weeks.

He does provide a bit of creative spark that we miss when he is not there.

Having both him and Chadli missing has hurt us in recent games.
