what injury crisis? apart from arteta and distan and possibly osman they are full strenghth
Neville, Gosling, Jagielka and Heitinga(suspended). Could also add in Anichebe and Vaughan, although they rarely played when fit.

bloody hell. neill and yobo CB is much better than hibbert CB. That Neill is a right thug. He's gonna be all over crouch. we will either get a pen or he'll get away with numerous dirty tactics. He had the audacity to accuse lennon of diving after he hacked him down in the 4-3 spammers game

Am I looking at the wrong league table, or are Everton not 2 points above the drop zone? I really don't understand the lack of confidence on this thead.

Forget the Man U game, that was a joke. Bentley, Bale and Hutton aren't first team players, and 2 out of those 3 were a disgrace. They won't be on the pitch today. Azza was out of position and will be back where he belongs today. Niko'll be back in and terrorising the oppo. Bassong had an uncharacteristically bad game, and will hopefully show it was just a blip today. We're going to destroy them.

COYS!

don't be fooled by that. they are a great team. they've been having a bad couple of months.

they will be top10 end of season.

Defoe and Crouch start, Keane on the bench

Funny that just today I was thinking if we going to play Crouch he needs to start because from what I see we only tend to play the long ball late in games when he comes on as a sub. Lets see what happens today!!

COYS!!!

Our bench is ridiculously strong, and this is without Cudicini, King, Woodgate, Giovani, Modric ..

Same team as Villa away then. I really hope we don't make the same start to the game than we did there, lets just keep possession and frustrate them. Any early fight from Everton should easily be quashed if we just knock the ball about, don't concede too many corners and silly free kicks and establish an element of control on the game. I was in favour of Jenas to start today so I hope Hudd can bring the last 70 minutes in the villa game and add a good, controlled first 20 today.

Pretty strong Everton team. A few of their doubtful players made it

Further evidence that Keane is not the "automatic" choice that some people insist. He really didn't play well against Man Utd. Today he's on the bench.

That's the team I hoped to see. I wonder what happened about BAE's trip to France to have an injury seen to? There was some pretty high-powered ITK that he would be off after the Man U game for a couple of weeks. Perhaps not so.

Everton's "injury crisis" doesn't seem to have stopped them from putting out a pretty good team, despite Moyes' complaints and spin. This is not going to be anything like a walkover. Everton are in a false position. They're a good team.

Although I am kind of warming to Huddlestone, I would have rather seen JJ start. Lets hope we can get something out this game. COYS!!
