All of that is completely true, and I can't argue with it. The part I took exception to was this.....

"no wonder it isn't a happy settled camp"

Which is at best a guess, and purely speculation because it fits your opinion.

From behind the scenes I am told that he is very invested and believes in the project. The offer is on the table for him and FP and DL think he will take up the 3 year deal.
He has had an awful 12months personally with the loss of close friends and also being away from his family during these times.
But that has not stopped him being as professional as ever and wanting to make a success of the project.
I think like someone else said this couple of weeks back home, has possibly given him time to reflect and come back refreshed. Also viewing the games from a live feed and not on the side of pitch has helped him view things a little differently and adapting things In our play.

Him having time off to recover is certainly the best thing for him and us. Obviously I wish him a speedy recovery but if it wasn't for that I think there was zero chance he staid next season. Tbh im still not entirely convinced he will, but if we continue to win, confidence grows and the performances get better then im sure he will be feeling more favourable about staying.

There is an offer on the table for Conte, not sure you are hearing correct regarding FP mind.

As I had thought. Using this recovery time wisely to refresh, recharge and then decide. Also interesting to see that's a 3 year deal.

It's the tactic of him tucking inside as the third midfielder that has made us better defensively. Since we did that against Man City we've been so much better. The only game we have lost in the league since doing this was when he didn't play. It's no coincidence.

It terms of moaning, the only people I see moaning are those moaning about people moaning. Where are the actual moaners? All very strange. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
Maybe you've got them on ignore but it's certainly out there, quite a bit.
Plenty of veiled, and not so veiled digs at Conte and the way we play.
Such as saying we're only winning because he's not here etc.

It does seem to be the same few people but it's everywhere and in every thread.

For some, even yesterday's fantastic result and pretty bloody great performance carried certain (negative) caveats. For others, it was still a downright boring performance somehow.

It's the constant repetition of these same negative views by a certain number of members which is pissing many off.

I can't see him staying/renewing his contract, just hope whoever is next is in quick to get the full preseason and full TW to strengthen

This time off will either reinvigorate him and he'll sign a new deal or he will realise how much he misses being home and leave at the end of the season.

At least we will know one way or the other pretty soon.

My info not coming from FP or AC camp but from the club internally. So I can’t say is straight from the man himself, so if your source is closer to him then fair enough :) just passing on :)

Kane and Conte signing I am told is being worked on and offers on table.

I said the team seem more relaxed in the last few games, but that wasn’t having a go at him, just an observation. It could be down to any number of things and probably down to the clear the air meetings they’ve all had. The reason we’ve had better results is because we have changed things tactically. Plus we’ve played West Ham and Chelsea who are terrible. I actually think Sheffield United away will be a bigger test than those two on Wednesday.

Not sure of that. Sheff United still aren’t great plus they will rotate a few players as the league is key for them .

Yea I wonder if it mean 3 year deal as in the one year extension so his 3rd year with us or an actual 3 year deal.

If it is an actual 3 year deal then fair play that we are putting our eggs in his basket and have intention to back him longer term but if so then I’d hood the quality of football and style of play would far more regularly be more like it’s been under Stellini & Mason and as it was under Conte end of last season because another 3 years of what it’s been like the first 18 games of this season would be torture.

if he gets the players he wants, it won't be.

Oh yes mate, you are far from the type of poster I was thinking about. ?
There's nothing wrong with balanced criticism, observation or opinion but there are plenty on here who offer none of that.
