+ television rights and tickets sold and merchandise.

they still spent money last year despite being in debt, so it's obviously a manageable one, like the way most premier league clubs are in debt

/thread.

Xavi still has a couple of years left in him and when his time is up, Fabregas will take his place.

i don't think many cules want to see fabregas back, he's still seen as a judas.

both fabregas and xabi alonso were back-up players for senna, iniesta and xavi in the last ec. in a couple of years time barcelona already have another midfield star from their youth ranks, so no need of fabregas.

i hope fran merida to return to barca some day like pique, unlike fabregas he was somewhat mistreated by barca so he had reason to leave.

As much as it pains me to say, or even think, i'm tipping Ar5ena1 for the title this season. They've been written off before, only to get stronger, i can see it happening. I hope not, but Wenger has a knack pulling off miracles, as well as young kids.

might be chelsea's year finally, everything has fallen into their favour apart from hiddink not signing.

c. ronaldo, epls leading player has left manchester united, they also lost tevez and have replaced both only by a not so impressive owen as of late.

liverpool lost gerrards wingman xabi and may also lose out on mascherano who desperately wants to join barca while babel has demanded first team action or he wants out.

arsenal lost 2 of their best player to city while nasri will miss the start of the competition. eduardo and rosicky are back but were out for many months and need to settle in again.

chelsea had no major players going out and are still looking to improve their team with a manager who has already won 2 champions league, a title abramovich desperately desires.

only team that i can see challenging the top 4 are city but under hughes they are far from impressive.

Ronaldo is the one they'll miss the most, but Valencia will do well in his place. He won't be a like for like replacement, as he won't get the goals that Ronaldo did, but he offers pace, width which will bring others into play.

Tevez won't be missed, his work-rate was excellent, but Rooney excels in that department as well. Tevez only got 5 league goals last season, i know Owen isn't what he once was, but he'll better that and he'll link well with Rooney who will be able to play in his natural position now. It's between Ar5ena1 and United for the title.

valencia will be another nani, a lot of broken promises.

wengers time with arsenal is done, toure was right in saying they don't have anough leaders in the squad.

they remind me of holland '96, a lot of young talented individuals who didn't like eachother at the time, with nobody high enough in the hierarchy where everybody listens to, and a manager who didn't see it/turned a blind eye.

you know somethings really wrong at arsenal when even the french guys are fighting with eachother (nasri and gallas).

i just noticed manchester united have a player in their 1st squad by the name of daniel drinkwater? surely his parents must be dutch, but he has already played for english youth teams even though he was born in aruba (dutch contingent).

haha can english commentators even pronounce his name correctly i wonder.

It would take a cool £50m to prise Fabregas from Arsenal. No way this is happeneing.
You'd think that, but if you look at most of their sales I don't think it would have to be that much.

Then again, they don't normally sell at this stage of a career unless they are not good enough. They fended Real and their big money off Vieira for years.

So Woolwich would accept around the same amount they got for Adebayor for their best player, okkkkkkkkkk. I expect it will be done by next Friday then

sport is laportas mouthpiece.

that is obviously a opening bid.

Pep wont sign his new deal he is livid they havent secured the players he has asked for.

fabregas, crgrintsky, mata alves are the 4 more he wants.

I bet if Pep comes out and says he wants fabregas, Bara bid 40 million euros and fabregas hands in a transfer request it will be done.

to play for a team that won the treble, that plays flowing quality football or stay at arsenil when they wont finish in the top 6 and have sold their best 2 players.
