Fed up of hearing it.....

As the title suggests, im fed up of hearing "van persie is a major blow to arsenals title hopes"

if arsenal are being touted as potential league challengers, then instead of being called "pretenders" and "auditioning for the top 4" surely we must be included in that bracket? (not that i feel we should be, nor would i want us to be)

That may sound stupid considering the previous comment but my point is that if we arent then arsenal shouldnt be either....fairly childish but it just a pet hate.

but yea that club is all about wenger, not the players. it never really seems to make much difference when they have injuries or what have you.

even in the lasagne gate scandal, had we beaten west ham, they would have still come 5th which to be honest is a really great achievement for nearly every club, let alone one with a load of crocked players. and we both had loads of points. that was us trying hard and them screwing up as well.

it's gonna be tough to displace them (though at the mo harry and the lads DO look quite good) until wenger leaves... which will be some time yet.

I see it as Chelsea and Man Utd, then Arsenal, and then us, Liverpool and City. I don't think they are in the race for the title, but they would be ahead of us.

If we dislodge anyone this year, it'll be Liverpool.
