Hey all,

For anyone that is interested, you can now view the stats for every player on FIFA 14 on the following website:

www.futhead.com

Some funny ones for Spurs are Townsend is overall 72, considering the season he had last year he should be higher, also considering Thomas Ince is 74 & Zaha is 74 aswell!

Also Danny Rose is overall 73, compare that to Gibbs who is 78 and Davide Santon & Fabio are 75!

Vertonghen's finishing stats are way too low. Although he is a CB he has a beautiful touch and can finish really well.

Arsenal players seem to have high balls control and heading but low finishing, long shots, shot power. There positioning seem to be low too as they are always positioning themselves to receive ball(s) between their legs when they should be more straight thinking and pass the ball in empty spaces where it should be going. Must be Wenger way of doing things.

FIFA stats are always nonsense

All football games stats are. FIFA and PES have some absolutely ridiculous stats. Football Manager is better but has some odd ones as well. It's all opinion I guess.

Lamela has been fucked over on pace and skills.

I'll be honest, I don't actually think Lamela is that fast. 82 acceleration and 79 sprint speed is probably fair - he's an exceptional dribbler and he's quick, but he tends to beat defenders with clever footwork rather than just pacing it past them like Bale, Lennon or even Townsend would

Lamela's has a change of pace quick enough to take him away from players. He doesn't with his current stats.

82 is enough to go past someone, you just wont be able to continually sprint down the wing with him, which seems accurate enough

On FIFA13 it is very difficult to go past a defender quickly with him imo. If you bump his acceleration to 86 he does this with ease.

Hm, you're probs right but fifa don't like having their sprint speeds and acceleration too far apart unfortunately. From playing the fifa 14 demo and watching a video or two of someone on youtube who already has the game, it seems like strength is more important than speed on 14 anyway, so we could be a very good team to use next year

I'm sure I heard someone say it got voted the most dishonorable company in the US (maybe within video games only). So that would kinda make sense.

Perhaps, but they have a contract or some sort of agreement with us. I remember seeing a video on our youtube last summer where all the players went and had their game faces properly made rather than having some generic black / white guy look. We're also on the demo and had Bale on the front until he moved

Yeah true, I do remember that a couple of years ago they finally put in WHL and we've been in the demo a couple of times since then. To be honest I found the FIFA demo this year to be really bland. Regardless of what stats players had they all felt the same, and it seemed like "agile" players were no more so than the more cumbersome ones and "slow" defenders still manage to catch up speedsters. Perhaps the final game is better.
