Who scored the first goal you saw live at White Hart lane?

Pav was the one who scored for me from a nice reverse pass from Dos Santos when we played Fiorentina in a pre seaon friendly.

Lennon scored first in my first premiership match against newcastle in 2010

Tim Sherwood back in 2000, against Sunderland. 1-0 in a 2-1 victory.

Unfortunately it was the lane when Di Matteo scored that beauty against us!

Gary Mabbutt vs Notts County in 1991.

Although I think Notts County might have scored first.

Mine was pretty special:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/eng_prem/4088015.stm

Defoe got a hattrick and we won 5-1. Most memorable for the first Defoe goal, which was set up by a Carrick pass to Kanoute from inside his own box after a corner that looped around the entire southampton team and set us up perfectly for the counter attack.

Also I remember in that game Thimothee Atouba made an absolute mockery of Kevin Phillips in parts of the pitch he really shouldn't have been doing nutmegs.

Chris Armstrong diving header against Blackburn I can't remember the year exactly I was 5 so around 1994 we won 1-0 also remember in that game a back pass to Ian walker went through his legs and he just about stopped it from being a silly own goal

Bloody hell. Cup game V Swansea, around 1991... Hmmm, going to have to google this.

Edit:

Found it. Rumbelow's League Cup Second Round, Second leg against Swansea, October 1991. Result was 5-1. My first Spurs game.

Goals: Stewart, Samways, Lineker (p), P.Allen and Brazil (og)

Season 97-98.

Allan Nielsen v Arsenal. (1-1)

Never forget it as it was my first visit to WHL and I went with a bus load of Gooners as my best mate is a Gooner and he got me a ticket.

Shouted my head off when Nielsen equalised then realised where I was and quickly ducked down.

Swore after that I was never going back to WHL in the visitors end, got myself a membership, then a season ticket and the rest is history.

Chris Armstrong. Scrappy effort from about 8 yards vs Nottm Forest in the 98/99 season. Allan Nielsen scored a second with a close range header in the same game.

I had actually seen Spurs play at Portman Road vs Ipswich in the 93/94 season (I think). 2-2 draw, with Jason Dozzell scoring a late equaliser for us. So, Teddy Sheringham actually scored the first goal I ever saw live, but I was so in awe of being at a Premier League football match as an 8 year old that I don't remember Teddy's goal at all. Think it was a glancing header into the bottom corner.

I can't remember.

The first game at WHL was a 3-1 win against Woolwich.
Next up was a 4-2 win against Fulham.

I don't remember seeing any of the goals as I was tiny and thrown about. Most of the sixties games I attended and just vague memories.

Super Teddy Sheringham for me. 5-1 win against Norwich back in '93 (I was 12 so can't actually remember the goal) main memory from the game is chanting "Erik, what's the score... Erik, Erik, what's the score". God I loved that big Viking

Lets hope we get a similar result this weekend (y)

Teddy Sheringham. 2-2 v Bolton, December '95. If we'd won we'd have gone second, so we threw away a 2-0 lead.

Mine was Colin Calderwood scoring the only goal in a 1-0 victory over Derby County at the Lane on 23 August 1997.

I remember that game that was one of Teddy's best seasons he started slow, and then around mid-season he went goal crazy, I think he scored a hat-rick against Leeds.

Defoe's 1-0 against the Whammers last season. Not too shabby a goal...Got too see the Liverpool game three days later, and I must admit I'm happy too have seen Gareth Bale in a Spurs shirt.

On a different note, I've been to one Barcelona game, and after playing every game for three seasons (or something like that) Messi was actually suspended. Ass. Three days later he scored five goals against Leverkusen.
