There was a whole detailed explanation from Cristian Stellini earlier that explains exactly why Spence is not being selected.

It bears an uncanny resemblance to what I've been writing on the topic for about a month.

It is also the same as what Conte said about Bissouma about two months ago and about Gil 5-6 weeks ago - both of whom are now playing.

Conte doesn't pick players until they know his system. Barring injuries, he doesn't make exceptions.

We've had the explanation multiple times now. Why do people keep whining about it, every match?

I do find it strange that we are playing effectively 7 or 8 out of our best 11 then complain that our players are tired. Stronger than expected but hopefully win the game in the first half (I know right) and then rest a few in the second

Well, we keep playing badly in games, and particularly we're having trouble in the position Djed plays. That's most of it. Besides, how do you get experience if you're not given experience?
