That booing when moura went off sealed nuno's fate. Can't continue when the atmosphere gets like that. This is highly embarrassing for levy and paratici.

If the stadium's acoustics (amplification) are spectacular when people are cheering, you'd think that they would be a nightmare for the club and players when it is toxic. add ot that that the NFL and naming rights are looking over our shoulder and it probably forces Levy to act faster than normal

Levy absolutely has to go after this total catastrophe. This appointment - the shambolic clusterfuck this summer - was absolutely critical after the disaster that was Jose, and before that the disaster of not backing Poch and neglecting the squad for years until it became shit all at once.

Levy and Paratici have absolutely fucked up this appointment beyond comprehension and the buck should stop with them, not with Nuno, who simply isn't good enough and totally the wrong fit for us.

This season is probably already a write off, and you can guarantee that we'll be in the same bloody place this time next year because nothing ever changes with Levy, who I've supported until now.

In any other business (perhaps not Hollywood...) the CEO would have fallen on his sword by now or been removed.

I'm grateful for many things that Levy has done but enough is enough and he should step aside, or be stepped aside, for someone who can make some sensible footballing decisions or leave those to people who know what they're doing.
Agree with every word but don't see it happening. After Jose backfired in style, Levy had to get the last appointment right. That it was so obviously wrong, both at the time and particularly with hindsight, says for me he should fall on his sword. He's had 20 years and done some amazing things on and off the pitch. But, at the end of the day, we're one League Cup better off and he's undone all the work that transformed us from mid table mediocrity to challenging for top 4, league titles and the CL.

Levy is as done as Nuno but I've no expectation that he'll suffer the same fate.

Does Levy ever get embarrassed? Selling Berbatov and getting Fraizer Campbell would embarrass the fuck out of me but it's water off a duck's back to Levy. Rumours of 'gentlemen's agreements' he's reneged on and God knows how many transfer fuck up's. The bullshit he's come out with over the years but still takes his place in the stand. I wouldn't know where to look tbh.

Yeah I agree, it is going to be quite possibly Levy’s most important appointment in his career. It’s vitally important we bring the right man in or we could loose all chances of top 4 for a very long time. We should not rush this and we shouldn’t listen to Mendes.
Regardless of who comes in we’re doomed with these players

is there anybody left who thinks if Nuno is sacked
A.Levy will get the right person in
B.Fully support him to be successful
Are you out there? If so step forward…
If/when he is sacked it speaks far more about the Spurs hierarchy than it does about Nuno. If they're not embarrassed then they bloody well should be. This makes them look totally incompetent, again.

Sorry to tell y'all but Barcelona are intresserad in Gallardo so if they don't get Xavi they will try for Gallardo

I just hope Nuno gets sacked and it's not Mason coming in...
There is no way Barca don’t get Xavi though.

I genuinely feel for the guy, as he is so far out of his depth, it's painful to watch. The club have to remove him from his duties just to maintain his mental health, as this pressure and scrutiny must be unbearable for any individual to endure.
It’s about time Levy felt some of that pressure. He’s the root of most of the problems we have. Nuno deserves his criticism because he’s crap but Levy knew that when hiring him. I hope the fans in the stadium keep calling him out no matter who is fired / hired. Maybe denting his inflated ego will force him to fuck off.

This is because if he sacks him it reflects badly on him.

Levy is between a rock and a hard place now but its completely his own doing.

No sympathy whatsoever.

Should of backed Poch more and not spending in those windows when we were in a position of strength is coming home to bite his wee arse now.

Was there not reports he pissed off ETH twice? the Fonseca debacle, and courting managers that where clearly using us (Flick and Nagelsmann)

From what I read ETH wanted the job but didn’t come across well in the interview. Fonseca, again wanted the job but got vetoed by Paratici. Can’t remember any reports of anyone being pissed off.
