I remember Thomas Tuchel's heartwarming comments about us when we played Dortmund in the CL a few years ago. He said how much he always enjoyed watching us. Broke my fucking heart when he joined the dark side. I'd have loved him to have taken over from Poch when he left. Football can be a right bastard.

.
An excellent coach and exactly what a club like spurs needs. A bit of humility, cleverness and a strong dose of ruthlessness. A shame

Why don't we throw a lot of cash at Ten Hag and beg him to come over.
I would prefer him to Conte or Potter.
Gallardo would still be my first choice but we obviously can't wait until he becomes available.

tactics may be down to managers, but effort is down to players. And too few players have bothered to put in the effort recently
Totally but I just don't feel that can be aimed at PEH. He may well have his limitations but lack of effort isn't one.
He's never going to set the world alight but there are plenty of others I'd ship out before him. His passion is priceless, especially with where we currently are.
It feels like he's been coming under a bit of unfair criticism on here recently, when there are others far more guilty of being shit.
*cough* Kane *cough*.

Who would want the Spurs job? You could get sacked within months of starting because leadership has no idea what it wants.
