A lot of websites are currently down worldwide (including twitter) as part of what seems like a massive coordinated cyber attack. May be caught up in that?

It'll probably get blamed on those Russian warships. They are probably fitted out with f*** off wifi blockers.

Remove the www. from the URL

It's working but their forwarding is broken for some reason. I have the non-www version bookmarked and it's been fine all day.

It was for a few minutes, isn't anymore (for me anyway).
Twitter's website and app was down for about an hour earlier today on the east coast in the US. Then a few hours later they went down again for like a half hour. It's been up and down all day. Massive ddos attack on alot of sites and no one knows whose done it or why.

Edit: The website version is down right now. Not the app though.

3rd wave of attacks underway. Oh boy.

Legitimately, so many sites have been ddos'd attacked today. Internets running very slow. Who the fuck are these guys?

I never understand these ddos attacks. So people can't get on reddit or twitter for a couple hours. Big whoopdy whoop. Who cares, what harm done? It's hardly being bringing civilization to its knees, on the contrary perhaps people will do something more useful for a bit

Seems to have been co-ordinated by WikiLeaks supporters in retaliation for Julian Assange's internet access from the Ecuadorian Embassy in London recently being removed.
