Not in my experience.

Ali Z is definitely not a WUM no. But he hasn't said anything so bad. He has said Bale's head has been turned but that Madrid simply can't afford him, nowhere near. So Bale will sulk a bit then have to get on with it. This isn't another Berbatov situation.

Anyone worried its United he wants to go to? I know there's big change there at the moment, no-one knows how Moyes will do, but they are still biggest club in UK and it would be close to his family still....

In our favour I don't think Utd can afford him, but if he throws his toys out of his pram....

Firstly, I don't think Bale has the sort of personality to 'throw his toys out if the pram'.

Secondly, I doubt Levy will lower his asking price if any player threw a strop. He's hardly going to say 'oh sorry Gareth, because you want to leave, and the media keep fabricating stories, I'll sell you for £30m'. Clubs will have to stump up or forget getting him...

Madrid can go fuck themselves. Seriously, they can just fuck off. They can take their money, even if it's €200m, cash it into 1cent coins, form a gigantic long poke by stacking them on top of eachother, and sit on it fucking themselves repeatedly. Fuck them. Fuck Zidane. Fuck Perez. Fuck them all. I hope they get relegated, I hope they go bankrupt beyond salvation via dodgy property sales, I hope that club dies and their legacy is remembered as the biggest fucking ****s in world football. They're a fucking disgrace and they can go fuck themselves. And if Bale isn't happy with that, he can get fucked too. There wasn't a gun to his head when he signed his contract. There wasn't a knife to his mums throat. There are no two ways about it, Bale is what he is because of our club, our staff and our fans. We put him on the pedestal, he can give us one more year. Fuck!

I believe this when i think about the leak of a 6 year deal at £115k a week from Madrid. If you are going for a world record fee and have been constantly told by various ex madrid players that you are amazing and according to the president born to play for Madrid, then £115K per week seems very low. I would like to know where £115k per week would put him in the list of top earners in world football. Nowhere near the top 10 for sure.

Levy calls Bale in to his office...

'OK Gareth, I understand that your head's been turned, and I'm a reasonable man, I'm not going to hold you to ransom, but you need to understand I'm running a business and you won't be sold unless they meet our asking price.'

'Thanks Daniel I appreciate your honesty and I hope you can strike a deal, just out of curiosity, what's your asking price?'

'ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY MILLION POUNDS! Now get back on the training pitch!'

:D

Maybe after tax? 115k seems paltry - even compared to my weekly wage...

We are offering circa £150k if media is to be believe which I cant believe

The funny thing is, if you read some of the Real Madrid fans' forums they're not too bothered with getting Bale

And some of them are positively against the idea - especially for the crazy money being touted

When they recentley unveiled Asier Illarramendi and fans chanted for Bale, it wouldn't surprise me if they briefed fans on way in, to chant Bales name once inside the stadium #desperados

True some aren't but there was a large section of the crowd that turned up for the unveiling of Illarramendi that were chanting "we want Bale". Even the fans are c****.

Perhaps they thought the transfer fee would be similar to Modric's and not similar to the GDP of a third world country
