Sandro just shared this on Twitter/Facebook. His verified Twitter account is @sandroraniere

Sandro is the fucking man.

If he ever leaves us I will be far more heartbroken than any other player I've seen leave.

Indifferent.
If he goes Levy will strengthen properly to placate supporters, sponsors and the current squad. If he stays we have Gareth Bale

Same. I think him and Lloris will be the next two players that the 'big' teams will be interested in.

As exciting as the prospect of Bale linking up with the new signings we have made is, I find myself strangely untroubled by the thought of Bale going for a kings ransom to RM. It's not one single reason, but a few. I hope some of the money will be invested wisely in 1-3 very decent players, strengthening us in more than one area. I think in Soldado we have potentially already replaced Bale's goal/assist production (just in a different role/area). I am slightly uncomfortable with being a team that relies so heavily on one individual - having them is great, but the best managers and teams prove time and again that they can prosper when their star individuals leave (Ferguson/ManU are the best example of this but Mourinho, Klop, Bielsa and Wenger are also good models of team ethic over the individual).

Personally I'd take Coentrao, Di Maria and 60-80m yesterday and go and by another creative like Eriksen, Dzagoev, Lamela, Bernard (or two of them) and I'd feel better about the future than keeping Bale and making no more signings.

I agree. Bale will remain one of my favourite Spurs players, but....

Once a player has a market value of £90 million plus global brand image rights, we're in the lunatic asylum where lots of parasites want their share of the filthy lucre and a football player is transformed into a celebrity icon with all the distractions etc etc.

For £90 million, we should be able to get two outstanding players and two very good ones - if our scouts are doing their job and Baldini is selecting players who fit the system AVB wants to play.

If we signed 3-4 excellent players, we'd need terrible luck to lose even 2 of them to serious injury. Whereas all it takes is some tool like Charlie Adam to decide to maim Bale, and our current lack of squad depth would be exposed.

The speculation is getting boring now, just want it resolved to stop it dominating my thought process every day, one thing I will be grateful for if gareth goes is the memories of his development within our club and the wonderful last season he gave us, so many great goals and memories, we can only hope he feels the same and wants one more season of the same :)

I try to be dispassionate, and we could definitely build at least as strong a team with the money, but one way or another it needs to be sorted before the first game. It'll be on everyone's minds till Sept 2nd otherwise :(

I'm not bothered, if he stays nice, if he goes to Madrid then so be it.

He's a very good player but he isn't as good as people say he is. One good season doesn't make you the third best player in the world and it doesn't make you world class. Two things a lot of fans say that he is.

Its kind of like when the Denver Nuggets traded Melo away (his wish), they got a lot back in return and became a better team. I hope that we re invest the money wisely and the board listen to AVB.

If he goes and we leave ourselves short or do not get 2/3 very good quality players, starting 11 players which then also strengthens the bench imo thats nothing short of suicidal.

But if we get mega transfer fee, possibility of a player(2) from them and also spend some of that transfer fee as i suggested above, then i am not overly concerned if Bale wants to leave us.

All the differing reports surrounding Bale: signed contract with real, real prepare mega bid, deal agreed, real wants quick deal....
It points to a load of bs. It is clear as crystal. So what if a couple of ITK agrees with the media report? Where's the salt that comes with their info?
I believe Bale will stay this season. Levy has promised not to sell him. That is good enough for me.

It's almost as if Levy is getting in all these new players early so the prices aren't even more inflated due to out new found fortunes of flogging Bale for silly money. Hopefully I'm reading too much between the lines, but lets be honest about this, who wouldn't want to play for Real in the CL? There aren't many players, and the ones who wouldn't would probably prefer Barca or just sell their souls and go somewhere for pure financial reasons, although even they would choose the elite over some Russian team surely if they had the chance.

I reckon it's been a Modric affair and he originally said he'd give us one more year, but now Real have seen just how damn good is he and want him now so have upped their offer massively and so they should. Either way, and come on most of us have that lil doubt in their minds he could be off, all this he's too young and could become a club legend stuff is just heart over head. If we were in the CL I honestly think he'd definitely give us another year for definite. Unfortunately though for one reason or another, we've not helped the scenario. We choked once again.

I'll eat my words if he stays and I don't read papers or many any of the stories, but you literally can not get away from this right now and It's getting even more ridiculous than i'd imagined.

I have only ever been truly gutted twice by a player leaving my beloved Spurs and they were Gary Lineker (Boyhood Hero) and Van Der Vaart (winning mentality and a true Spurs type player), in my opinion there were times last season when i felt uncomfortable with the way Gareth was pulling our love spuds out the fire with his solo performances, i have always supported Spurs not (insert player name here).
Players come and go, it will always be that way.
I wish Gareth the best if he goes, but once he has left our club i wont give a flying toss about him or what he does for Madrid, all my focus will be on screaming myself horse for the players who are proud to pull on the shirt of Tottenham Hotspur.

The longer it drags on the more it pisses me off. He hasn't disrespected the chicken badge yet but if DL/JL keep their foot down you can see that coming. When/if it does then that will be the time I will 100% want him to fuck off, as BC said, hopefully we'll get spending.

He's a great player, one who I am pleased to have seen in Spurs shirt. However, I feel absolutely no attachment to him (the way I did with VdV, Berbatov and Gazza for example) and so from that point of view I really couldn't give a monkey's if he says or goes. (No pun intended)

I am bored rigid by this saga now and would dearly love it to be resolved one way or the other. I hope whatever happens will not have a negative impact on the rest of the team as it has when past issues have been been played out.

If he is going I would like it to be concluded ASAP to give us a chance to conclude any further transfer business and give any new players a chance to settle.

if he's sold for £90m say, i bet we'd only see £40m of it reinvested, bringing us to a break even spend over the window.

Oh come on, he's had more than one good season, two good ones and one exceptional one.

Still I don't agree with people who say he's 3rd best in the world but he's definitely up there in terms of ability.

To be honest, with all said and done, I almost don't want Bale to go to Real Madrid for the good of football and to stick two fingers up to them and show them they can't always get their way if nothing else.

Oh also, with Bale in the team, I genuinely feel we can beat anyone on our day.
