I had a tenner at 6/1 on a Leicester win and Maddison & Johnston to have one shot on target each. Maddison scored very early and Leicester were romping home. However, Forest were probing very shot shy until Johnson brought out a decent save from Ward with 15 minutes to go.

So a return of £60.

Sunday I had another tenner on Real Madrid to beat Ossauno with Vincius and Benzema both to score. Vinicius scored but Ossauna equalised. Then with less than five minutes remaining - Madrid PENTALY. An anxious wait for VAR but thev ref sticks to his decision. Up steps Benzema who blasts the ball off the crossbar!

That is tough to take. A couple of weeks ago I had a nice bet builder on Real Madrid v Osauno. I got Vinicius to score, the Osauno Scorer- I forget his name. Also got Garcia to be carded - he was sent off and Madrid over 9 corners correct. Just needed Benzema to score. A few minutes before time Madrid get a penalty. (I was following details on Livescore.) Waited for what seems an age for VAR to confirm penalty. Up steps the ever reliable Benzema - and blasts the ball against the bloody crossbar. Would have been a nice few quid from a couple of pounds wagered.
